Printing and dyeing wastewater is a kind of industrial wastewater that is difficult to treat.It not only has high concentration of organic pollutants,but also has high chromaticity index.Without effective treatment,the water environment will be seriously polluted.Advanced oxidation method is an effective method to treat refractory wastewater,among which the research on the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by Fenton method and its improved method has been carried out more in recent years.The study of the effect of adding Fe/Cu/Ce-Al2O3catalyst on wastewater treatment provides the main basis for the application of this technology.Taking methylene blue wastewater as the treatment object,the treatment effect of methylene blue wastewater by three-dimensional electrode electro Fenton method with Fe/Cu/Ce-Al2O3catalyst is studied in the laboratory,and the process parameters are determined by single factor and orthogonal test.The main research contents include:the selection of electrode plate materials and the preparation and screening of three-dimensional particle electrode;single factor experiment of treating methylene blue wastewater by three-dimensional electrode electro Fenton Method;The optimum reaction conditions are determined by orthogonal test;effect of Fe/Cu/Ce-Al2O3catalyst on the treatment of methylene blue wastewater by three-dimensional electrode electro Fenton method.The effect of plate material on the treatment effect shows that the treatment effect of Fe-C electrode is better than that of C-C electrode.The selection test of three-dimensional particle electrode shows that the best proportion of mixed three-dimensional particle electrode is activated carbon particle:nano iron particle=2:1.The single factor experiment shows that the treatment effect is affected by reaction time,p H value,plate spacing,electrolytic voltage,Fe2+dosage,electrolyte concentration and aeration intensity.The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:p H value is 3.5,electrolyte concentration is 2.5g/L,aeration intensity is 1.0L/min,electrode plate spacing is 5cm and electrolytic voltage is 15V.The results of orthogonal test showed that the influence order of the five factors is:aeration intensity>electrolyte concentration>p H value>electrode plate spacing>electrolytic voltage.Under the above optimum reaction conditions,for methylene blue wastewater with COD of 170mg/L and chromaticity of 1533 times,the removal rates of COD and chromaticity can reach 85.67%and 89.19%respectively.When the dosage of Fe/Cu/Ce-Al2O3prepared by impregnation method is 0.6g,the COD removal rate of methylene blue wastewater is 88.72%,which is 3.05%higher than that in the previous chapter;The chromaticity removal rate is 91.26%,which is 2.07%higher than that in the previous chapter;When the reaction time is 60min,the COD removal rate of methylene blue wastewater is 88.63%,which is 2.96%higher than that in the previous chapter;The chromaticity removal rate is 93.72%,which is 4.53%higher than that in the previous chapter.The three-dimensional electrode electro Fenton method has a good treatment effect on methylene blue wastewater,and COD and chromaticity have been effectively removed.The addition of catalyst can improve the treatment effect and shorten the reaction time.The popularization and application of this method is of great significance to the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater and the protection of water environment. |
