With the intensification of market competition,the advantages presented by brand cooperation are more and more valued by enterprises and are widely applied in the process of brand development,but at present,more than 90% of brand cooperation ends in failure.This paper focuses on the problems in brand cooperation,focuses on the analysis of the failure cases of brand cooperation,and digs the root problems in the process of brand cooperation.That is,in the process of cooperation,we only pay attention to one part of the effect but ignore the other part,and do not look at the brand cooperation from a systematic perspective.At the same time,it demonstrates the necessity of design strategy in the process of brand cooperation.In this paper,the whole process of brand cooperation is examined from a new perspective,the process of brand cooperation is regarded as a complete design process,and the innovation method of brand cooperation products is explored by using the thinking methods and tools in the design field.At the end of this paper,the method of brand cooperation product innovation is summarized through design practice,providing a set of feasible methods for the next brand cooperation product innovation.
