| In the iron and steel industry,in order to solve the quality problem of strip steel,the control of strip shape is particularly important.Most of today’s roll shape control technologies have problems such as complex structure,high cost,unstable temperature field inside the roll,and lack of online control capability for the original roll shape of the roll.Therefore,this article relies on the roll shape electronic temperature control technology proposed in recent years.This technology uses electronic temperature control sheets as heat source or cold source to take the change of roll shape,has the ability to adjust the original roll shape,and can be used in the already proved feasibility.On this basis,continue to explore the strategy of electronic temperature control technology in terms of roll shape control theory and roll shape design method,focusing on solving the principle of electronic temperature control roll circumferential cloth,the influence of different control parameters on roll shape control,dynamic adjustment of original roll shape,and finally realize key issues such as roll shape preset,and provide a basis for the industrial application of roll shape electronic temperature control technology.Firstly,referring to the theory of heat transfer,the mathematical model of the temperature field of the electronic temperature-controlled roll is constructed,which provides a basis for the establishment of the finite element model of the subsequent electronic temperature-controlled roll.Secondly,based on the mathematical model,the finite element model of the electronic temperature control roll is established,and the circumferential pattern of the electronic temperature control roll is studied.A set of circumferential cloth principles for electronic temperature-controlled rolls can be obtained by quantity,through which the uniform deformation of the rolls in the circumferential direction can be achieved and the established finite element model can be simplified into a two-dimensional axisymmetric model;and then research on this basis The effects of different electronic temperature control sheet length,current size,spacing between sheets,combination form and cooling intensity on various parameters such as the roll shape curve,roll crown,secondary crown,and control area of the electronic temperature control roll are analyzed.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the corresponding preset process is designed and a set of simple programs are developed to realize the roll shape preset of the electronic temperature control roll,and the roll shape electronic temperature control experimental platform has been built.Feasibility and accuracy were verified. |
