Shenshuo Railway is one of the key construction projects in China.The new era requires energy saving and emission reduction,and needs to take advantages of information system to realize green production,resource saving and energy consumption reduction.This paper designs the energy consumption monitoring system of Shenshuo Railway based on edge computing,which can conduct statistical analysis and preprocessing on the energy consumption data collected from various Shenshuo railway,such as electricity consumption,water consumption,fuel(diesel and gasoline)consumption,gas consumption and so on.The system can help Shenshuo railway to improve the out-of-data management mode,the low service efficiency,and the unscientific resource allocation.The system also improves the efficiency of the energy conservation and the emission reduction with reasonably resource management.This paper aims to meet the actual needs of Shenshuo Railway,using frontier technology of edge computing,and builds an efficient and stable application system.The whole system combines the software and the hardware,and adopts the separation of front and back ends to develop the system.We use Spring Boot as the back-end framework and vue.js as the front-end framework to provide users a data visualization platform.In addition,data acquisition is realized through the combination of Modbus and Edge X Foundry edge computing framework.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Propos and design a data acquisition platform to the Internet of Things based on Modbus and Edge X Foundry edge computing framework.Aiming to build a comprehensive Iot sensing system for energy consumption monitoring business.The sensor data acquisition system based on edge computing technology is built to realize the real-time perception and monitoring function of energy consumption information of Shenshuo railway.In order to improve the compatibility of the system to a variety of equipment communication protocols and the high efficiency of data transmission,the Internet of Things gateway of edge computing framework is used to realize gateway management,rule engine,data monitoring and other functions,and provide intelligent data processing services for monitoring equipment and facilities on the edge side.2.In view of the problems in the process of gas data acquisition,the image recognition module is designed and implemented in this paper.Because of the particularity of gas data acquisition,the image recognition to the interface of the smoke monitoring system is needed.This module adopts a method of image recognition based on CRNN and CTC technology,which can greatly improve the efficiency of flue gas data collection.3.Design and implement the main functional modules of the energy consumption monitoring system,including user management,authority management,data export,monitoring management and other modules.It realizes information management,remote monitoring and other functions to facilitate the staff to carry out paperless office and efficient energy management.It can manage collected water,electricity,oil and gas data,and support data visualization and data query within a year.The development of the system strictly follows the principle of software development.Each function of the system has carried out demand analysis,overall design,detailed design and implementation as well as test related work.
