| In recent years,the ancient Guiliu Canal in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is affected by human and environmental factors.The river sediment is thickened and the pollution is increasing.The most direct and effective method to solve this problem is river dredging,but the disposal of dredged sediment has become an important problem.In view of this engineering background,in this study,the sediment(sediment I)of the diversion pond of Guguiliu Canal and the sediment(sediment II)of Liangfeng River were used as raw materials,and appropriate amount of steel slag and calcium carbonate were added.Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimal ratio of sediment,the optimal amount of auxiliary materials and the process conditions were determined.The ceramsite for effluent treatment was successfully prepared,and the sediment ceramsite was modified and bio-filmed to prepare an ecological blanket to explore its treatment effect of pollutants in sediment coated water in the water treatment experiment,to provide reference for solving river sediment pollution and dredging sediment resource utilization.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)The analysis results of physical and chemical properties of ceramic raw materials show that the contents of Si O2 and Al2O3 in sediment I and sediment II are quite different,and the fluxing composition is low.Heavy metals in sediment I and sediment II were polluted to varying degrees,which need to be properly disposed of.The main mineral compositions of the two kinds of sediments meet the requirements of pottery making;the preheating temperature of ceramsite was determined to be 400°C by analyzing the thermal properties of sediment.(2)Through single factor test and orthogonal test,the optimal ratio of sediment I:sediment II was 7:3,the optimal addition of steel slag was 10%,the optimal addition of calcium carbonate was 8%,the preheating time was 20 min,the sintering temperature was1000°C,and the sintering time was 15 min;the adsorption of phosphorus on ceramsite has electrostatic adsorption physical reaction and chemical reaction process of precipitation and coordination exchange.(3)The adsorption of phosphorus on ceramsite is a mixed adsorption process of single molecular layer and multi-molecular layer,and the adsorption is dominated by single molecular layer with uniform surface;the adsorption rate of phosphorus is mainly controlled by chemical reaction.(4)After modification,the ceramsite with ammonia nitrogen removal rate of 59.29%and CODcr removal rate of 39.8% was obtained,and the internal pore structure was rich,mainly mesoporous and macroporous.(5)The water treatment effect of ecological blanket was remarkable,and the maximum removal rates of TP,TN and COD reached 93.55%,72.73% and 72.13%,respectively.The ceramsite layer in ecological blanket provided a good growth substrate for submerged plants. |
