Three different lay-ups of carbon fiber composite panels were produced by VARTM process,and then the carbon fiber composite panels with different lay-ups were self-punched and riveted with 5052 aluminum alloy.The best riveted parts were subjected to five cycles of neutral salt spray corrosion experiments,and then the corrosion morphology and corrosion mechanism of the riveted parts before and after corrosion were described,and finally the static tensile properties,bending properties,and impact resistance of the riveted parts before and after corrosion were studied and analyzed respectively.The specific work conclusions are as follows.(1)Static tension experiments were conducted on the riveted parts of carbon fiber composite materials and aluminum alloy with different lay-up methods,and the results showed that the riveted parts of carbon fiber composite materials with the lay-up method of[0/90]2s had the best static tension performance,the riveted parts of carbon fiber composite materials with the lay-up method of [0/45]2s had the second best performance,and the riveted parts of carbon fiber composite materials with the lay-up method of [0/0]2s had the worst static tension performance.Therefore,the carbon fiber composite plate with the lay-up method of [0/90]2s was selected for the subsequent test.(2)The riveted parts before and after corrosion were tested for three-point bending performance,and the load-disturbance curve of the riveted parts was analyzed and the bending strength was calculated.The results show that the bending performance gradually decreases as the corrosion time increases.(3)Static tensile performance tests were conducted on the riveted parts before and after corrosion,and the load-displacement curves of the riveted parts were analyzed,and the failure forms were studied and analyzed.The results show that the failure mode of carbon fiber plate under tensile load is different for different corrosion times,and the static tensile performance of riveted parts gradually decreases with the extension of corrosion time.(4)The riveted parts before and after corrosion were tested for low-velocity impact performance,and the energy-time,impact force-time,and rivet drop depth analyses were performed,and the cross-section of the impact was analyzed by electron scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum.The results show that under the impact of the same energy,the difference in energy absorption of riveted specimens with different corrosion cycles is not significant;with the extension of corrosion time,the impact resistance of riveted parts gradually decreases;carbon fiber and aluminum alloy are subjected to different failure modes under the action of impact loads,and the failure is increasingly serious.
