| With the rapid development of economy and science and technology,the national demand for the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources is increasing.At the same time,the mine environmental problems have gradually emerged,among which the mine dust pollution is the most serious.In view of the serious problem of dust pollution in mines,how to maximize the relevant dust removal vehicles to meet the needs of dust removal and dust reduction operations in mines and improve the air quality environment in mines is an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,there are considerable design innovation opportunities for mine dust removal vehicles.After in-depth investigation and analysis of many design factors such as the actual working environment of the mine and the functional requirements of the dust removal operation,this topic is based on the integrated design theory to guide the innovative design and research process of the mine dust removal vehicle,aiming to design a mine dust removal vehicle specially suitable for the dust removal operation environment of the open pit mine.Firstly,this paper makes a research and analysis on the integrated design theory and the development status of mine dust removal vehicle products,and demonstrates the research and application value of integrated design theory in the design field,especially the application research of integrated design theory in the field of engineering machinery has laid a feasible theoretical foundation for subsequent design innovation.Secondly,the current market situation and application deficiencies of mine dust removal vehicles are summarized,and the relevant dust removal operation links and application types of mine dust removal vehicles are studied and analyzed.Combined with the interview and questionnaire survey results of actual mine staff and miner R & D personnel,the specific environment and operation requirements of mine dust removal vehicles are obtained.Then,the product design elements are obtained through quantitative research and analysis,and the integrated design strategies and entry points of each design element are determined according to the integrated design principles.Finally,the innovative design practice of mine dust removal vehicle is completed,and the design results are objectively verified and evaluated. |
