Research On The Identification And Disclosure Of Internal Control Deficiencies Of Dayou Energ

This paper studies the internal control of Dayou energy from the perspective of defect identification and disclosure.Dayou energy is in the coal industry.The coal industry is the most important energy industry in China’s economic strategy.At present,it is in a state of fierce competition.The internal control problems of enterprises in the industry are relatively serious.Most listed companies in the industry have problems such as formalization of identification standards for internal control defects of listed companies and violation of defect disclosure due to imperfect internal control and unscientific governance structure.In addition,China’s internal control system began to develop only in 2012,and the development time is relatively late.At present,there are still many loopholes in the imperfect design and poor implementation of the internal control system,which to some extent limit the realization and sustainable development of the business objectives of listed companies.The paper selects the listed company Dayou energy in the coal industry as the research case.Using the internal control theory,principal-agent theory and information asymmetry theory as the research basis,through the use of literature research method and case analysis method,this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of the identification and disclosure of the internal control defects of Dayou energy.The paper finds that the identification standard of internal control defects of Dayou energy is not standardized,not disclosed,not specific and formalized.At the same time,it analyzes the phenomenon of violations in the disclosure of internal control defects of Dayou energy.Through the problems and phenomena,we can find the reasons for the imbalance of internal control,which are mainly caused by the over centralized ownership structure,unreasonable corporate governance and insufficient external supervision.Then,by analyzing the reasons,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the identification of internal control defects and the disclosure of internal control defects.At the defect identification level,we should strengthen the construction of internal control environment and formulate strict internal control defect identification standards.At the level of defect disclosure,we should improve the awareness of disclosure,ensure the quality of disclosure and strengthen the punishment for violations of defect disclosure.Help Dayou energy to strengthen the construction of internal control,formulate specific and standardized standards for identifying internal control defects,and improve the awareness and quality of defect disclosure.This paper has certain reference value for other listed companies in the coal industry.
