| With the rapid development of modern science and technology,electronic equipment has become an indispensable part of people’s life,and the harm of electromagnetic radiation has gradually emerged.The prevention and control of electromagnetic radiation can be realized by adding absorbing materials.At the same time,electromagnetic wave absorbing materials are becoming more and more important in military fields such as electronic warfare.The design and preparation of electromagnetic wave absorbing materials have become a major research focus in the field of materials.In this paper,the nickel base organic skeleton/porous carbon(Ni-MOF/PC)material is prepared as the precursor,and then other materials are introduced to prepare the composite material on its basis,so as to explore the design of electromagnetic wave absorbing materials with excellent performance.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Three kinds of Ni-MOF with different morphologies were prepared.Through the characterization of XRD,morphology and electromagnetic wave absorption properties,spherical Ni-MOF was selected as the research target.After analysis and characterization,it is found that spherical Ni-MOF can be well embedded in the holes of porous carbon materials,but the electromagnetic wave absorption performance of the prepared Ni-MOF/PC composite is not ideal,so it is used as a precursor for further exploration and research.(2)The Ni-Fe bimetal MOF/porous carbon composite was prepared by using Ni-MOF/PC as the precursor and introducing metal Fe element,and it was coated with polyaniline,oxidized and vulcanized.Through the characterization of XRD,FT-IR,XPS,morphology and electromagnetic wave absorption properties of the product,it is found that the best path for the electromagnetic wave absorption properties of the products is sulfurization reaction.When the thickness is only 1.8 mm,the reflection loss(RL)of NiFe2S4/PC composite is as low as-51.41 d B;when the thickness is 1.9 mm,the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)reaches 4.08 GHz.(3)The Ni-Co bimetallic MOF/PC composites were prepared by using Ni-MOF/PC as the precursor and introducing metal Co element,and then it was coated with polyaniline,oxidized and vulcanized.Through analysis and characterization,it is still found that the product after vulcanization reaction has the most outstanding absorption performance,The RL of Ni Co2S4/PC composites reached the minimum value of 67.81 d B when the thickness was 2.6 mm,and the EAB reached the maximum value of 6.16 GHz when the thickness was 2.1 mm. |
