| At present,China’s coal and gas co-extraction technology has made a preliminary prototype,but the corresponding co-extraction theory system with pertinence,scientificity and effectiveness is still not perfect,which can not further improve the development and utilization of resources,and rationally and scientifically exploit coal mining and gas resources.The exploitation of coal resources and the extraction of gas resources present a complex relationship of mutual restriction and mutual promotion.The study of coal and gas co-extraction optimization has important theoretical significance and engineering application value for the exploitation of coal resources and the extraction of gas resources.In order to further study the influencing mechanism of the interaction characteristics of coal and gas co-extraction,determine the reasonable mining speed,mining coal amount and gas drainage amount,improve the actual mining efficiency and mine economic benefits,reduce mine disasters,and maximize the benefits of coal and gas co-extraction,an optimization model of coal and gas co-extraction in mining face is established under the guidance of coal and gas coextraction theory and combined with the relevant coal mining safety regulations.Based on the engineering background of No.3 coal seam in the west expansion area of Zhangcun Coal Mine,this paper analyzes the interaction between gas emission and tunneling speed during the tunneling of 2603 working face in the west expansion area of Zhangcun Coal Mine,introduces economic benefits as the adjustment lever,sets the optimization objective function to maximize the total economic benefits,determines five solving variables for the optimization parameters required by the tunneling working face,and establishes ten constraint equations by quantifying the relationship between the two in a mathematical way.The interaction between coal mining and gas emission in the working face was analyzed.A total of nine solving variables were determined for the optimization parameters needed in the working face,and 19 constraint equations were quantitatively established.The optimized results are obtained by using the optimized solution program of coal and gas co-mining in driving and mining face.The 2603 working face of Zhangcun Coal Mine was optimized to verify the effectiveness of the model,and the sensitivity analysis and weight calculation of the control parameters were carried out.The reasonable coal tunneling speed and gas extraction quantity are determined by scientific method,so that the coordinated utilization of coal and gas resources in mining face is more fully and reasonably,the mining rate of coal resources and the extraction rate of gas resources are improved,and the coordinated benefit of mining face is maximized.It provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of the theoretical system of coal and gas co-extraction,and better serves the coal mining and gas extraction work.The paper has 14 pictures,22 tables,and 95 references. |
