Research On China’s Contribution To Global Ecological Governance In The New Era

The earth is a huge ecological system,and ecological problems are global,universal and trans-regional.This requires all countries to work together to effectively mitigate the global ecological crisis,build an ecological community with a shared future,and build a beautiful home for the planet.As a Chinese saying goes,“Facing ecological and environmental challenges,mankind is a community with a shared future,and no country can stay immune”.At the same time,in the face of the difficulties in global environmental governance,“the international community should pull together and all countries should shoulder their responsibilities”.As a responsible major developing country,China has transformed itself from a passive participant,an active participant,to a contributor and a leader in the process of global ecological governance,and has shown to the world its attitude and determination to actively participate in global ecological governance and jointly promote global ecological and environmental governance.China advocates for the international community to build a beautiful and clean world,promote global ecological progress,and build a community with a shared future for mankind and a community of life between man and nature.It also supports multilateralism,adheres to the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities,and actively promotes exchanges and cooperation in global ecological governance.Under the guidance of ecological governance theories and policies with Chinese characteristics,a series of achievements in China’s domestic ecological civilization construction have become the confidence and strength for China to participate in global ecological governance,and have also provided China’s experience and wisdom and solutions to the international community.However,for a long time,there has been insufficient attention and research on China’s contribution to global ecological governance.In-depth exploration of China’s contribution to global ecological governance in the new era has become a new subject of academic research.This study is guided by Marxist materialist dialectics,based on Xi Jinping’s theory of ecological governance in the new era,takes China’s theoretical,policy and practical contributions in the process of global ecological governance as the logical starting point and goal,and mainly uses literature analysis,historical analysis and comparative analysis: The introduction section expounds the sources and significance of China’s participation in global ecological governance in the new era,research status,related concepts,research content and methods,and innovations and shortcomings in the research.Chapter 1 mainly focuses on the motivation and theoretical sources of China’s participation in global ecological governance in the new era,discusses the internal and external causes of China’s participation in global ecological governance,and analyzes the theoretical and practical basis of its guiding ideology.Chapter 2 focuses on theoretical contributions and explores new ideas provided by China for realizing the sustainable development of all peoples,harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and global ecological governance cooperation among all countries.Chapter 3focuses on the policy contribution.Based on the relationship between the whole and part of the policy and law,it analyzes the ecological governance policies of the UK and the mainland law system,discusses China’s ecological governance policy and the environmental legal system with Chinese characteristics that supports it to become a typical ecological governance policy.Chapter 4 focuses on the practical contribution of research,combines the elements of“governance”,and analyzes China’s specific actions in the global ecological governance subject,global ecological governance object and global ecological governance mode by relying on the case study method.Chapter 5 mainly studies the experience and prospects of China’s participation in global ecological governance in the new era,summarizes the experience and reference of China’s ability to contribute to global ecological governance,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges that China may encounter in its continuous contribution to global ecological governance.In short,China’s ideas,policies and actions to participate in global ecological governance in the new era are an important achievement in the exploration of the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is a new development of Marxist ecological civilization governance thought,and will be increasingly valued by the international community and become an important experience and guideline in global ecological governance.
