| As a kind of equipment for detecting and transmitting information,in recent years,the potential application of high flexible and stretchable piezoresistive film as intelligent sensor in aviation,automobile,robot,biomedicine and other fields has attracted people’s interest.Eucommia ulmoides gum(trans-1,4-polyisoprene,EUG)is a unique natural rubber resource in China.It has unique rubber plastic duality.It is used as thermoplastic materials,thermoelastic shape memory materials and high elastic materials in many fields.Therefore,a flexible,stretchable and temperature sensitive sensor material was prepared by solution blending with bio based Eucommia ulmoides gum as the matrix.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Octadecylamine graphene was grafted to increase the dispersion of graphene in organic solvents.It was proved that graphene was successfully grafted and reduced by infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis.The modified and reduced graphene can form a stable suspension in organic solvent toluene.(2)A series of flexible temperature sensors based on EUG were prepared by compounding carbon nanotubes(CNTs),graphene(GNP)and modified graphene(ARG)with EUG.DSC,XRD,DMA,temperature response and other test methods were used to explore the effect of crystallization behavior of Eucommia ulmoides composites on temperature sensitivity.The relationship between crystallization and temperature sensitivity of Eucommia ulmoides composites with different conductive fillers and dosage was studied,and the temperature sensing mechanism of Eucommia ulmoides composite was analyzed.CNT/ARG/EUG system shows excellent temperature sensitivity.The most obvious decrease decreases by 70%,which has good repeatable performance and four heating cyclesΔR/R0reached more than 80%.(3)Eucommia ulmoides composites with different gradient fillers were prepared by hybridization of CNTs and GNP,CNTs and ARG.SEM,TEM,repeatability and response time,sensitivity test were used to characterize the micro morphology characteristics,bending tensile sensitivity,repeatability and response time,and the influence relationship between the type and amount of conductive filler and sensitivity was systematically studied.The results show that ARG/CNT/EUG has high conductivity,conductive filler CNT and ARG are evenly dispersed in EUG matrix,forming a good conductive network structure,and has good sensitivity to stretching and bending.CNT-10ARG-5 shows that the resistance changes the most in the same strain range,has high sensitivity 35,and has a wide strain measurement range 0%-218%,The response time to 10%strain is 56ms and has good stability.At the same time,the prepared flexible sensor CNT-10ARG-5 has both 108.3°contact angle and 22.5d B electromagnetic shielding performance.The Eucommia ulmoides composites based flexible sensor can be used for human monitoring. |
