Municipal wastewater treatment is an important tool in the water cycle,and the control method is key in the treatment process,and high quality control can make the control more effective.This thesis mainly studies the control scheme,mainly improves the adaptability and precision performance of the wastewater treatment control system itself,and the relationship between wastewater composition and working condition changes is analyzed in detail.(1)Explain the mathematical model of the wastewater treatment process(physical process,biological reaction process,chemical reaction process)and analyze the state of the influent data in relation to the effect of weather changes on the wastewater.(2)The multivariate model predictive control(MPC)of the wastewater treatment process was established using a feedback neural network,which provided control outputs of aeration and internal return flow at key locations,enhanced the convergence rate of the key dissolved oxygen and nitrate-nitrogen concentrations in the biochemical ponds,and made predictions of the controlled concentration changes in the model,and demonstrated through experiments that the designed MPC model was able to make accurate predictions of concentration changes at future times.(3)In the face of changing working conditions,a fuzzy identification predictive control model(FMPC)on wastewater variation is designed by combining the advantages such as parallel distributed of fuzzy networks with the nonlinear and multivariate characteristics of wastewater variation.The fuzzy identification scheme designed by experimental verification can make correct analysis of the wastewater change trend,and simulate the conventional working conditions of wastewater change,and the FMPC control scheme can improve the accuracy and stability performance of the controlled object by comparing with PID and MPC control strategies.(4)In the process of nonlinear changes in order to improve the adaptive performance of the scheme in the face of perturbations brought about by external factors such as weather,adaptive optimal fuzzy predictive control(AOFMPC)is designed in this thesis and validated in the international benchmark simulation platform(BSM1).Experimental results show that the control strategy designed in this paper can effectively improve the precise performance of multivariate coupling of urban sewage treatment control and the adaptability of the controller.(5)In this thesis,the visualization simulation platform of wastewater treatment plant is designed by Lab VIEW software and MTALAB software,which shows the urban wastewater treatment process more intuitively and enhances the performance of human-computer interaction,and the effective performance of the designed interactive platform is verified by simulation test.
