Abstract/Summary:
Traditional auspicious patterns convey people’s deepest wishes for health,longevity,happiness and auspiciousness since ancient times.In the existing research on traditional Chinese auspicious patterns,no one has used new laser processing technology to expand its innovative application in clothing,and no researchers have used the Kano model combined with market research to objectively analyze consumers’ subjective feelings about traditional auspicious patterns.digitize and digitize.Starting from the pattern units that constitute traditional auspicious patterns,this paper examines and sorts out the historical changes and characteristics of traditional auspicious patterns,as well as their expression types,connotations and aesthetic values in clothing,and compares traditional clothing technology and new laser processing.The technology analyzes the technical advantages and innovative principles and methods of laser processing technology in recreating traditional auspicious patterns in clothing.Use the Kano model to conduct market research on various traditional auspicious patterns and laser processing technology,screen out the traditional auspicious patterns and laser processing technology requirements that are most likely to be accepted by consumers,and prioritize them to provide opportunities for laser reconstruction of traditional auspicious patterns.The experimental research will clarify the direction,and then explore the relevant parameter settings,application effects and value significance of different laser processing techniques in the reconstruction of auspicious patterns on various common clothing fabrics,so as to make the subject research system more complete,and have more application value and practical significance.This study argues that:(1)Traditional auspicious patterns are generally composed in a symmetrical and balanced manner in clothing design.The shape of auspicious patterns pursues divine resemblance.The application performance in clothing is variable and flexible,and it is suitable for a variety of clothing processing techniques.The traditional auspicious patterns can be reflected on clothing by using Chinese homophonic puns,using some representative things or auspicious characters,citing ancient myths and legends,poetry,calligraphy and painting,or combining the above methods with auspicious things.Auspicious patterns are often used in details in modern clothing design to enhance the wear resistance of fabrics and enhance the overall auspicious meaning and retro beauty of clothing.As the decorative carrier of clothing,traditional auspicious patterns are closely related to the festive rituals and ideological sustenance of various ethnic groups.As a clothing shading,they can be expressed as continuous two-sided or four-sided continuous auspicious patterns,and as the main pattern of clothing can be expressed as Exaggerated deformation based on subjective feelings and understanding,concise summary of pattern characteristics with less is better than more,and associative symbol of sublimation of auspicious meaning with comprehensive and rich auspicious elements.(2)Laser processing technology can show the best quality tradition on plain weave woven fabrics or composite weave knitted fabrics with its unique advantages such as green environmental protection,flexibility and high efficiency,and strong adaptability,adhering to the principles of nationality,internationalization and sustainable development.Auspicious pattern innovation and high to low as accurate processing patterns,individual customization,laser processing parameters that can be used for reference,effective reduction of fabric waste,and safe and efficient processing.At the same time,when carrying out the laser innovation and reconstruction of traditional auspicious patterns,it is necessary to pay attention to the complete design concept,ensure the beautiful effect of the reconstructed pattern,and focus on the value connotation and auspicious meaning of the pattern,and at the same time,make a reasonable layout on the clothing.Baoxianghua has the highest priority and is subordinate to the "O" category of expectations.Therefore,the focus of research on laser innovation and reconstruction of traditional auspicious patterns in clothing design can be placed on Baoxiang patterns.(4)The range analysis of the orthogonal test is easy to obtain,and the influence of the laser energy ratio on the test results is far greater than that of the laser speed and acceleration.In the design drawing of auspicious patterns in the laser cutting mode,the lines in the pressure line should be deleted to avoid the repeated cutting of the laser,which will lead to scattered and unformed patterns.However,in the laser engraving mode,only the darker parts of the auspicious patterns can be identified by hanging the net.When designing auspicious patterns for laser engraving,they can be filled with the color number 000000,which is the closest to the hanging net effect and the actual processing effect.The JG-13090 laser engraving and cutting machine used in this article is prone to yellowing when processing pure white or white double-faced fabrics,pure hemp and pure cotton fabrics.After debugging the laser parameters,it is found that the yellowing of the fabrics is due to The laser light intensity is too large or the processing speed is too slow.After adjusting the laser parameters,this phenomenon can be completely eliminated while ensuring the pattern concave and convex effect.
