Microchannel reactor has the characteristics of high mixing efficiency,high mass and heat transfer efficiency,small amplification effect and safe and controllable process,showing its unique advantages in fine chemical and pharmaceutical industry.The membrane reactor was constructed by coating the catalyst on the inner surface of the microchannel reactor.The catalyst coating on the inner surface is the main active carrier in the reaction process.The quality of the coating is the key to the application of membrane reactor.In view of the low conversion rate of TS-1 molecular sieve in benzene hydroxylation reaction,this paper proposed to construct a membrane reactor by coating the TS-1 molecular sieve on the inner surface of the microchannel reactor.In view of the existing basic problems such as catalyst coating cracking and adhesion between coating and carrier,the effects of different preparation processes on the performance of TS-1 molecular sieve coating were investigated by using titanium silicon molecular sieve TS-1 as the active component.The TS-1 molecular sieve coating was prepared by Sol-gel method and dip coating method.XRD,SEM,UV-Vis and ultrasonic detection were used for analysis.The main work is as follows:(1)In the process of preparing adhesive by using ethyl orthosilicate,H2O and ethanol as the main raw materials,the influence of different raw materials ratio on the stability of adhesive was investigated when hydrochloric acid was used as catalyst.It was found that when TEOS:H2O:ethanol=1:4:4,the stability of the prepared adhesive was the best.(2)Using Sol-gel method TS-1 zeolite coating,through investigation on metal substrate pretreatment process,coating process,slurry solids and the influence of coating times on the coating performance,determined the best pretreatment technology for sand paper burnish,the best coating process of dip coating,best of slurry solid content is 25%,the best coating number is 2 times;XRD and FT-IR spectra were used to confirm that the TS-1 molecular sieve coating still retained the basic crystal shape of the TS-1 molecular sieve after roasting.(3)In the continuous phase of distilled water,polyvinyl alcohol and colloidal Si O2as additives,TS-1 molecular sieve as coating material to prepare the TS-1 molecular sieve coating method,by investigating the additive polyvinyl alcohol,colloidal Si O2and coating stirring time on the performance of the coating.It was found that when the polyvinyl alcohol content was 6%and colloidal Si O2content was 12%,the coating load was 3.92%and the shedding rate was 8.09%.At this time,the surface tension of slurry is closest to the wetting tension of carrier,which is 33.47 m N/m.It was confirmed by XRD and FT-IR spectra that the basic crystal shape of TS-1 molecular sieve was still retained after roasting.
