In order to prevent the impact of snow on road traffic safety and residents’ life,snow melting agent is usually used to remove road snow.In this paper,in order to study the effect of Na Cl particle pollution on plant leaf characters,the commonly used greening tree species Pinus tabulaeformis and Populus alba×P.Berolinensis in Northeast China were selected for experiment.Through indoor control experiment,the effect of Na Cl particles on leaf characters of P.tabulaeformis and P.alba was studied from two aspects: one is the difference of leaf characters under the same concentration and different treatment days;The second is the difference between the treatment concentrations of different Na Cl particles on the same day.The two parts are analyzed from three categories: morphological character,structural character and physiological character.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)With the increase of treatment days,Na Cl particle pollution had an effect on the leaf characters of P.tabulaeformis and P.alba.In terms of the changes of morphological characters,there was no significant correlation between the specific leaf weight of leaves and the days of particulate matter treatment,but from the change trend,with the increase of treatment days,the specific leaf weight of all experimental groups decreased except the control group,and increased on the 30 th day of treatment.In the structural properties,the contact angle and groove width were negatively correlated with the treatment days,while the stomatal length was not significantly correlated with the stomatal width.Among physiological traits,hydraulic conductivity,photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductivity and transpiration rate were significantly negatively correlated.(2)Under the same treatment days,the concentration of each treatment was also different.The specific performance is as follows: in the morphological characters,after 15 days of particulate matter treatment,the specific leaf weight of the two tree species generally shows a downward trend with the increase of concentration gradient,and the specific leaf weight is negatively correlated with the treatment concentration.In the structural properties,the contact angle,roughness,stomatal length and stomatal width were negatively correlated with the treatment concentration.In physiological characters,hydraulic conductivity,photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductivity and transpiration rate were negatively correlated with treatment concentration.(3)Through the analysis of the difference of leaf characters between P.tabulaeformis and P.alba,it is found that in many characters,P.tabulaeformis and P.alba have a short rise in the initial stage of pollution,because a small amount of Na Cl pollution will stimulate the physiological activities of leaves and affect the properties of leaves.However,this phenomenon can only last for a period of time,Therefore,with the increase of treatment days,the leaf characters finally showed a downward trend.
