| Flexible substrate overcomes the limitation of traditional rigid substrate materials,so it has been widely concerned in electrochemical sensors and supercapacitors.AgNWs are one of the best choices for preparing flexible conductive materials due to their large specific surface area and excellent electrical conductivity.The construction of flexible electrochemical sensor based on nanowire can realize the development of multi-metal flexible electrode,improve the performance of electrode and realize the integration of electrode,which is of great significance for the development of wearable electrochemical sensor.Therefore,the main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Preparation of flexible dendritic gold electrode and detection of dopamineThe AgNWs electrodes were prepared by droplet coating on hydrophilic modified polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)as flexible substrate.Then the Dendritic-Au electrodes were deposited on AgNWs by electrodeposition.The morphology and composition of the electrode were characterized by SEM,XRD and EDS.The flexible Dendritic-Au electrode was applied to the electrochemical detection of dopamine(DA).The results showed that the flexible Dendritic-Au electrode had A good electrochemical response to DA,the linear range was5-400μM,and the sensitivity was 357.4μA/(cm2(m M)).This flexible DA sensor has higher sensitivity and wider linear range.2.Electrocatalysis and detection of ethanol by flexible dendritic gold electrodeThe flexible Dendritic-Au electrode prepared in 1 was used to electrocatalyse ethanol(ET)solution,and the current density reached 49.98 m A cm-2.The catalytic performance was nearly 10 times better than that of the electrode with the gold rod alone(the electrode with the gold rod not deposited on the silver nanowires).The linear range of the flexible electrode is 0.5-17.5 m M,the sensitivity is 10.79μA/(cm2(m M)).The new flexible electrode has excellent catalytic efficiency,wider linear range,higher sensitivity and good anti-interference ability for ET.3.Preparation of flexible fishbone Ag/AgCl reference electrode and preliminary exploration of flexible three-electrode integrationAgwas deposited on AgNWs electrode by potentiostatic method to prepare Fishbone-Agelectrode,and then the flexible fishbone-Ag/AgCl RE reference electrode(Fishbone-Ag/AgCl RE)was prepared by electrochemical chlorination method.The morphology and composition of the reference electrode(RE)were characterized by SEM,XRD and EDS.Electrochemical tests show that the flexible RE can work continuously for 14500 s and can be stored for 6months.It is found that the performance of the flexible RE is comparable to that of commercial Ag/AgCl RE.Finally,the flexible Fishbone-Ag/AgCl RE and carbon paper electrode were integrated with flexible Dendritic-Au electrode and Pd NPs/AgNWs electrode respectively,and the integrated device was successfully used for the catalytic and detection of glucose and ethanol. |
