With the rapid development of the polyamide 6 industry,the energy consumption in the production process is too high,the production efficiency is low,the reliability of the process parameters is poor,the device structure is not matched and the production time is too long,so that the polyamide 6 products can not be well applied to the current industrial production.Process production that reduces the oligomer content in conventional continuous polymerization kettle production can minimize the energy consumption of the slice hot water extraction process,while maximizing the operability,engineering adjustability,safety and energy saving of the entire production process,thereby improving the low production efficiency of polyamide 6 and the automation level of the production process.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out relevant technical research,and the following research work is carried out in this paper:The first chapter summarizes the process route and equipment status of continuous polymerization kettles in the production of polyamide 6 at home and abroad,summarizes the problems existing in the polymerization stage of continuous polymerization kettles in the production of polyamide 6,and combines the project requirements on the basis of refining the existing research deficiencies,and proposes the research content and direction of this paper.The second chapter studies the formation mechanism of oligomers and the chemical properties of oligomers,and proposes a polymerization process route method.This method first studies the mechanism of oligomer formation,analyzes its chemical composition,and then combines the small test to quantitatively and qualitatively detect and analyze oligomers,and then selects the best factors according to the results of polymer detection.Finally,based on the commonly used process route,the low temperature process route that meets the requirements is formulated.The third chapter is based on the development and design of equipment under the lowtemperature polymerization process,first of all,the overall structural design of the open ring kettle and the polycondensation kettle is carried out,and then the key parts are calculated in detail by thermodynamic quantification of the process structure parameters.Finally,the simulation of the heat transfer model of the tube heat exchanger is carried out,the optimal structural parameters are selected,and the two parameters are combined to obtain the final polymerization kettle structure model,and the multiple constraints of the design parameters are also considered in the design process.Finally,the device was experimentally studied with this polymerization kettle.The fourth chapter establishes a continuous polymerization kettle experimental device based on low temperature polymerization route.According to the company’s requirements and the characteristics of the device,the design of the device integration unit,according to the strictness of the temperature and pressure requirements of each unit melt,combined with engineering experience,the use of multiple temperature points and pressure point interlock control scheme.The system architecture and the role of each functional module are described in detail,and the effectiveness of the process device is verified by the test results of the polymer product performance.The fifth chapter describes the driving process in detail according to the combination of the project and the enterprise,on the basis of the theory of this paper,and calculates the application process,product performance,production efficiency and economic performance of the device.The results show that the entire device has great economic benefits for the company’s polyamide 6 industry chain.Chapter 6 summarizes the main research contents and research results of this paper,and looks forward to future research directions.
