| Due to the long pipeline length and large transportation capacity of Riyi pipeline and Yichang double pipelines,the energy consumption and cost of crude oil transportation are very high.Driven by carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,the energy saving of these pipelines is imperative.However,the three pipelines are complex,and there are inverter regulation,tariff policy differences,multiple equipment models,and main and branch pipelines that affect each other.It has been unable to rely on experience to make the devices combination along the pipeline in the optimal operation state of cost.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt intelligent optimization technology to carry out study on energy consumption optimization of Riyi pipeline and Yichang double pipelines.In this paper,the thermo-hydraulic simulation model of crude oil pipeline is established based on three conservation laws.Combined with the pressure drop and temperature drop of field,the hydraulic friction coefficient and total heat transfer coefficient are iteratively corrected by the ratio coefficient method and chord section method,which can make the forecast results of the simulation model approach the field conditions.The energy consumption optimization model of crude oil pipeline is established,which takes the lowest cost(electricity cost and fuel oil cost)as the objective function.The optimization strategy by time period and the penalty function factor weighted by the simulation method are adopted to improve the adaptability and practicability of the energy consumption optimization model of crude oil pipeline.The stability and computation effect of five intelligent optimization algorithms are compared,and the differential evolution algorithm is determined as the solution algorithm of the energy consumption optimization model of crude oil pipeline.Based on the above study,a crude oil pipeline energy consumption optimization software with friendly interface,fast and stable computation is developed,which can intelligently obtain the minimum energy consumption of the crude oil pipeline and the optimal operation of the devices along the pipeline.Based on the energy consumption optimization software of crude oil pipeline and the field data of Riyi pipeline and Yichang double pipelines,the energy consumption optimization study of these pipelines is carried out.Under different pipelines,different seasons,different maximum pressure and different optimization objectives,86 optimal operation schemes are obtained.The reliability of the operation schemes and the applicability of crude oil pipelines with different complexity are analyzed and verified.It is found that when peak valley TOU price is adopted,the optimization strategy by time period is more cost-effective than the average price strategy.The more complex the pipeline,the better the optimization effect of energy consumption and cost.The above study shows that the energy consumption optimization software of crude oil pipeline is reliable.It can provide a scientific basis for formulating a safe and efficient operation scheme of Riyi pipeline and Yichang double pipelines. |
