| The development of global economy drives the development and utilization of oil resources. The oil leakage crisis caused by the transportation of offshore crude oil is becoming more and more serious. The leaking oil floating on the sea surface causes the pollution of the sea water, and the oily wastewater in the sea water seriously threatens the safety of the ecosystem and human existence.Oily wastewater sources are very wide, not only marine crude oil leakage, but also such as:petroleum ore, textile, food, machinery processing and other industries,in addition to the treatment of oily wastewater is one of the thorny problems.Compared with the traditional burning, landfill and other methods. In recent years, scientists have been trying new processes, and the emergence of Janus porous material has brought new breakthroughs to the separation process.Due to the asymmetric wettability of Janus material’s two-sided structure,it provides more options for the separation of oily wastewater and plays an important role in the field of oil-water separation. The Janus composite fabric prepared in this paper can not only achieve oil-water separation, but also be used for organic degradation. The specific research contents are as follows:1)In this paper, asymmetric wettability Janus composite porous materials were prepared by hydrophobic modification of n-octadecyltrimethoxysilane(ODS),oxidation treatment of KMn O4,and chemical bath deposition CBD of nanoarray materials. The experimental results show that KMn O4 oxidation has an important effect on the growth of nanoarray, and increasing the oxidation time can accelerate the unidirectional transport of water. In addition, the general methods mentioned above are used to prepare different types of Janus composites2)Taking the Janus composite fabric deposited with Co(CO3)0.5OH·0.11H2O nanoneedle array as an example, the oil and water fluxes can be significantly increased by water pre-wetting and breakthrough treatment.Compared with the pristine fabric, the water-oil permeation fluxes are increased by 112.5%and 214.5%,respectively.Due to the asymmetric wettability of Janus material, the separation of heavy oil-water mixture and light oil-water mixture can be achieved, and the separation efficiency of both is above98.0%.After 20 cycles, the water and oil flux of Janus composite fabric does not change significantly.3)In order to study the feasibility of Janus composite fabric for organic wastewater purification, the catalytic degradation of Rhodamine B(Rh B)was carried out by precipitation of Co(CO3)0.5OH·0.11H2O obtained from(CBD)process. The results showed that p H value, persulfate(PMS)and catalyst content had significant effects on Rh B degradation.A colorless solution can be quickly obtained when aqueous solution of Rh B is added to a separation device containing Janus composite fabric.Figure[34]Table[3]Reference[114]... |
