In this paper,the key technology of automatic assembly of special-shaped thermal battery pack is studied.The fan-shaped and circular structures of the two main structures of special-shaped thermal battery pack are analyzed to obtain the initial assembly layout scheme of the thermal battery pack.The solution model of the position of the fastening screw is established.The improved differential evolution algorithm is used to obtain the number and position of the fastening screw of the thermal batter y pack.Screw tightening model was used to determine the number of tightening screws and each tightening torque in the thermal battery group.The assembly sequence solving model based on the minimum assembly deformation is established,and the assembly seq uence of fastening screws for special-shaped thermal battery pack is obtained by combining with the improved differential evolution algorithm.The experimental results of flatness detection are analyzed,and the assembly layout and assembly process of ther mal battery pack are optimized.The assembly scheme of thermal battery pack is obtained,and the prototype system of thermal battery pack assembly is integrated.The paper completed the following work:Firstly,the structural characteristics of fan-shaped thermal battery pack and circular thermal battery pack are introduced,and according to the existing thermal battery pack structure,the screw with M2 specification for thermal battery assembly screw is determined.According to the structural characteristics of the thermal battery pack,the key parameter model is formed,the initial assembly layout scheme of the special-shaped thermal battery pack is obtained,and the increase rule of the number of fastening screws is determined.The solution model of the specific location of the fastening screws was proposed by the mechanical equivalent method,and the location of the fastening screws in the thermal battery pack was obtained by using the improved differential evolution algorithm.The assembly layout solutio n model was optimized by analyzing the solution results and the actual assembly influencing factors,and the fastening screw addition rule was improved.Secondly,the tightening times of the fastening screws were determined to be three times through the calculation results of the fastening screws assembly model,and the tightening torques of each time were 0.005N·m,0.055N·m and 0.125N·m,respectively.According to the influence of three tightening torques on the assembly,the relationship between the average deformation of the bottom plate of the thermal battery pack,the average stress and the distance of the fastening screw is obtained.Based on this,the assembly sequence solving model based on the minimum assembly deformation is proposed,and the screw tightening sequence of the special-shaped thermal battery pack is obtained by combining with the improved differential evolution algorithm.Finally,a special-shaped thermal battery assembly platform is built to measure the flatness of the surface of the thermal battery assembly.After assembly,the offset of the bottom plate of the circular thermal battery group and the fan-shaped thermal battery group is 0.5mm,accounting for 0.34% of the height of the thermal battery group.The flatness detection results are analyzed and the assembly scheme is optimized.After optimization,the offset of the bottom plate of the circular thermal battery group is0.04 mm,accounting for 0.028% of the overall height,and the offset is reduced by0.312%.The plane offset of the fan-shaped thermal battery group is 0.05 mm,accounting for 0.034% of the overall height,and the offset is reduced by 0.306%.The assembly layout scheme and assembly process scheme are integrated to obtain the assembly prototype system of thermal battery pack.
