In recent years,people’s living standards have been continuously improved,sludge production is increasing,sludge contains a large number of harmful substances,if improper disposal,will have a serious impact on the environment.The traditional sludge disposal method cannot effectively remove harmful substances from the sludge,and the disposal cost is higher.In view of the above problems,a new type of sludge harmless disposal technology-smoldering technology has been widely concerned by relevant researchers because it can make up for the shortcomings of traditional disposal methods.The theoretical research of smoldering technology has matured at present,but the research on sludge smoldering disposal devices is still in the development stage.In this paper,the sludge smoldering method and influencing factors are first analyzed,and the process flow of the sludge self-sustaining soldering furnace device system is briefly elaborated.According to the law of conservation of energy,the relationship between the sludge’s squeamish rate and the air flow rate is calculated,and the sludge’s sludge’s scinth and air flow rate are calculated under the condition that the diameter of the sludge furnace is D= 1.2m and the processing capacity is 6 tons/day.Secondly,according to the composition of each part of the sludge smoldering device system,the overall structural design of the soldering furnace body was carried out,and the relevant selection design of the stirring supply and slag discharge system,the air supply system and the temperature collection system were carried out.Then,according to the process flow,the control system of the sludge self-sustaining smoldering furnace device was designed,the appropriate PLC was selected according to the relevant requirements of the control system,and the PLC control program ladder diagram and the HMI human-machine interaction interface were written by using The PTO V16 software.Then,according to the process flow,the control system of the sludge self-sustaining smoldering furnace device was designed,the appropriate PLC was selected according to the relevant requirements of the control system,and the PLC control program ladder diagram and the HMI human-machine interaction interface were written by using The PTO V16 software.Finally,by building the entire self-sustaining smoldering furnace experimental device,the sludge was smoldering experiments,and the sludge smoldering curve,ash residue morphology and flue gas composition were analyzed,and the reliability and feasibility of the sludge self-sustaining smoldering furnace device system were verified.
