With the rapid development of social economy,the demand for coal mine is increasing.The mining efficiency of industrial grain,which is called coal,directly affects the speed of industrial development in China.Although China is vigorously developing clean energy such as wind and solar energy,and has made unprecedented progress in the field of clean energy,the percentage of clean energy in China’s total energy is very small.Therefore,the amount of coal mining and mining efficiency are still the main factors restricting China’s economic development.China is not only a large coal consumer,but also a large coal producer.However,there are a lot of problems in coal mining in China: the safety factor of underground mining environment is low,and the safety of construction personnel can not be guaranteed;Coal mine driving and bolt support cannot work in parallel,and bolt support speed is far lower than coal driving speed,which affects coal mining efficiency.The mechanization degree of bolt support is low,and the support process still adopts the tactics of crowd.Aiming at the factors that restrict the economic benefit of coal mine,such as the safety of the construction workers and the low efficiency of bolt support,a kind of monorail suspension bolt drill car for mining is put forward,which is controlled by wireless remote control and can carry out bolt support at the same time.STM32F103 microcontroller is used as the control core of the remote receiving and transmitting device control system of the bolt drilling car.The visual design is adopted,and the working environment can be observed through the LCD of the handle.The hardware circuit of the remote control device adopts lightning protection and anti-surge design.The design follows the mine explosion-proof standard and meets the requirements of underground intrinsically safe design.Software program adopts modular design,with high stability of the hardware circuit,so that the remote control equipment signal transmission distance is longer and more stable,the signal transmission distance up to 100 m.Based on the characteristics of good stability and high reliability of PLC,the electrical control system is controlled by PLC.The wireless remote control handle signal is received by PLC,the signal is processed and converted,and the signal is transmitted to the electro-hydraulic proportional control valve through the digital proportional valve amplifier,so as to realize the drilling action control of the drill car bolt.PLC input and output circuit adopts signal isolator for signal isolation to prevent signal interference;At the same time,phase sequence relay and ARD2 F intelligent motor protection device are used to control the three-phase AC motor to prevent accidents caused by overcurrent,overvoltage and inversion of the oil pump motor.The stability of hydraulic system of monorail suspension anchor drill car is related to the efficiency of bolt support.Hydraulic Control loop of drilling car is determined according to the working conditions of underground support.Modeling and simulation are carried out by using Hydraulic library,Mechanical library,motion library,signal library Singal Control and Hydraulic component design library HCD of Amesim software.The simulation parameters of each hydraulic cylinder,swing motor,hydraulic motor and hydraulic control valve of the hydraulic system are set up,and the feasibility of the hydraulic system design is further verified by running simulation.
