Color cigarette guns can be used in some celebrations or entertainment activities to adjust the atmosphere,so they are widely used.In 2015,a dust explosion occurred in China’s eight immortals paradise in Taiwan.The total number of casualties was 524.After that period,the use of colored cigarette guns was banned.The main component in the color cigarette gun is corn dust.It is urgent to study the regional law of the explosion risk of corn dust sprayed by the color cigarette gun.This paper focuses on the study of the explosion risk area of corn dust sprayed by color cigarette gun.Firstly,the particle size of corn dust in two kinds of color smoke guns is analyzed and the spraying experiment is done.Through the test and comparative analysis of Malvern MS 2000 laser particle size analyzer,it is concluded that the particle size value of corn dust in the press color cigarette gun is 17.39μm.The mass flow rate is0.019kg/m3.Through the calculation after shooting by the high-speed imager,the velocity of the dust mass close to the pressing jet hole is approximately 100m/s,which provides the initial and verification conditions for fluent simulation.Then,fluent simulation verifies that it meets the experimental conditions.Through numerical simulation,the color cigarette gun continuously sprays corn dust for 60s under the working conditions without and with obstacles.The research results show that:When spraying corn dust without obstacles,take the lower limit of explosion concentration of 8.0×10-3kg/m3,spraying 10 same color cigarette guns,and the length of dust explosion risk area is 14.47m;Using the dimensional analysis method,the length of dust explosion risk area and dust diffusion height form a quadratic function relationship,and the fitting formula is l*=8.93-79.94H*+238.55H*2;There is a power function relationship between the length of dust explosion risk area and injection pressure,i.e.l*=26.38P*-0.93;The length of dust explosion hazardous area and the diameter of jet hole form a quadratic function relationship,i.e.l*=5.42+553.70d*-4.22×105d*2;When the color cigarette gun is sprayed,the local concentration rise caused by dust accumulation will appear in the indoor side wall area,and the maximum concentration can reach 2.2×10-2kg/m3,the concentration difference in some areas can reach 3.36 times compared with that in outdoor spraying.When spraying corn dust under the condition of obstacle group,when the obstacle height is less than 1.8m,the lower the height is,the lower the dust explosion risk is.The difference between the dust concentration in the working condition of 1.8m and1.6m is up to 1.28 times;When the distance between obstacles is less than 4m,the smaller the distance,the lower the risk of dust explosion.The difference between dust concentration in 4m and 2m is up to 1.58 times;When the distance between the obstacle and the jet hole is less than 12m,the smaller the distance,the lower the risk of dust explosion.The difference between the dust concentration in the working condition of 12m and 10m is up to 1.77 times;Compared with the working condition without obstacles,the possibility of dust explosion under the working condition with obstacles is greater.Figure[41]Table[10]Reference[82]...
