| There are mainly medium and low-grade phosphate rocks in our country.Preparation of the high-efficiency collectors to improve the utilization efficiency of phosphate rock has become the focus of research in the phosphate rock industry.Fluorine-containing gemini surfactant not only has the characteristics of"three highs and two phobias",but also has the characteristics of great physical and chemical properties of gemini surfactants.In this paper,the surface properties,such as the foam properties,the wetting properties and the adsorption properties on quartz surfaces of four surfactants were determined before and after UV irradiation.The results show that the fluorocarbon surfactants show great surface properties and foam properties,but have the low wetting properties.Fluorocarbon surfactants have a larger adsorption capacity on the quartz surface and a faster adsorption rate,compared to traditional surfactants.After UV irradiation,the surface properties and foam properties are decreased,the wettability is enhanced,and the adsorption amount and adsorption rate on the quartz surface are decreased.The kinetic simulation of QCM-D shows that the adsorption of surfactants on quartz is related to intermolecular forces of surfactants,and the adsorption is heterogeneous.This paper explores the interaction between CFS-6 and CB[7].The supramolecular interaction between CB[7]and CFS-6 was determined by 1H NMR titration and UV spectroscopy.The CB[7]was complexed to the linking group of CFS-6.The surface properties and adsorption properties of CFS-6 are reduced,and the wetting properties are enhanced.In this paper,the interaction between DTAB and CFS-6 are studied,and the optimal compounding ratio is obtained by calculating the correlation coefficient.At the same time,it is determined that there is mutual sparseness between CFS-6 and DTAB.It was found that the surface properties and adsorption properties of the compound system are increased and the wetting properties are decreased.In this paper,some surfactants we studied were used as collectors,and the double-reverse flotation process was used to study the flotation of phosphate rock.The optimal flotation process conditions were determined,and it was found that the CFS-6collector could improve the recovery rate of P2O5.CB[7]reduces the recovery.Of P2O5.The flotation mechanism of four kinds of surfactants on phosphate rock was studied by Zeta potential,floating rate and adsorption capacity.It was found that CFS-6 had strong flotation properties for phosphate rock. |
