Carbon fiber composite(CFRP)is one of the most representative fiber reinforced composites.Because carbon fiber has the characteristics of low density,high temperature resistance,high tensile strength,easy conduction and thermal conductivity and expansion resistance.This enables CFRP to adapt to the needs of modern structures for long span,high strength and extreme harsh conditions,as well as to the requirements of modern industrial development.In traditional CFRP machining,it is easy to cause mechanical damage such as fiber pulling out,fiber fracture and matrix fragmentation in workpiece material.Too high cutting temperature will also lead to serious diamond tool wear,even tool breakage and other problems.Thus,the machining accuracy is reduced and the surface quality is deteriorated.However,vibration assisted machining methods and enhance the thermal conductivity of the ultra-thin diamond grinding wheel cutting way,has a lower cutting temperature,reduce the cutting force and the suppression of diamond cutting disc wear,etc.It provides a new processing method for CFRP.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper uses the method of one-dimensional vibration assisted processing,adopts the60VS12 piezoelectric stack actuator of Core Tomorrow company to directly drive the program,develops and builds a one-dimensional non-resonant vibration assisted cutting test bed device,uses the upper computer control software to control the piezoelectric controller,and then adjusts the closed loop.Finally,a one-dimensional reciprocating motion is obtained in the feed direction.(2)Under different parameters,vibration assisted micro-cutting comparative test,the test results show that after vibration assisted,spindle motor spindle current value,workpiece surface roughness value,cutting temperature are less than ordinary cutting.Test results show that vibration assisted machining can reduce the cutting force,reduce the cutting temperature,improve the machining surface quality,effective proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the vibration assisted machining.(3)Set the thermocouple temperature measuring device,and established under the high speed cutting temperature measurement scheme.The micro-cutting temperature test was carried out under the parameters of spindle speed,feed speed,cutting depth per cutter,feed Angle,different cutting formula and vibration assistance.The influence of different parameters on the cutting temperature of CFRP was summarized,and the influence of cutting temperature on the micro surface topography of the workpiece was analyzed.(4)Performance tests were carried out under different conditions by using the ultra-thin diamond grinding wheel cutter with improved formula.The experimental results show that adding graphene into the formula can effectively improve the thermal conductivity of the cutting piece,reduce the temperature of the cutting area,and further improve the micro surface quality of the processed workpiece.
