| In recent years,the danger of airborne particulate matters(PM)pollution has gradually developed into a threat to human living environment and physical health and has received widespread attention due to the rapid development of industry and the destruction of resources and environment.The development of highly efficient air filters that can be applied to a wide range of complex environments is the major means of solving PM pollution problems in today’s society.Conjugated microporous polymers(CMPs),as one of the porous organic polymers(POPs)are expected to achieve effective filtration of PM with their ultra-high cross-linked structure,adjustable hole structure,large specific surface area and stable physicochemical properties.However,CMPs are mostly insoluble and amorphous powders with poor processability that cannot be used directly as air filtration materials.Based on this,a series of block-type CMPs with good mechanical strength were prepared by means of monomer selection,solvent and ratio control.The durability and recycling performance of CMPs-based air filters,as well as their PM filtration performance when applied in high humidity and high temperature environments were investigated in this thesis.The main research and conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)In Chapter 2,two block-type CMPs materials(CMP-A and CMP-B)were prepared by Sonogashira-Hagihara cross-coupling reaction with 1,3,5-triethynylbenzene using 1,4-dibromobenzene and 4,4-dibromobiphenyl as monomers,respectively.CMP-A and CMP-B have cross-twisted hollow tubular structures with a specific surface area of up to 484 and485 cm2 g-1 and are hydrophobic and lipophilic.The filtration efficiency of CMP-A and CMP-B is greater than 99.93%for PM2.5 and PM10 in high concentration and high humidity environment,and can be basically restored to its original form after washing with methanol.There is no significant reduction in PM filtration efficiency after recycled for many times.In addition to the filtration of PM,CMP-A and CMP-B also show great potential in organic solvent adsorption,oil-water separation and oil-in-water emulsion purification.(2)In Chapter 3,two block-type CMPs materials with cross-linked structures named CMPs-ANT and CMPs-NAP were prepared by Sonogashira-Hagihara cross-coupling reaction using 9,10-dibromoanthracene and 1,4-dibromonaphthalene as monomers and reacted with 1,3,5-triethynylbenzene,respectively.The surface areas of CMPs-ANT and CMPs-NAP are 388.83 and 452.37 m2 g-1.CMPs-ANT and CMPs-NAP not only have excellent durability and regenerative ability,but also have high thermal stability and still show excellent PM filtration effect after high temperature treatment.When heated to 500°C,the filtration efficiency of CMPs-ANT and CMPs-NAP for PM0.3 is greater than 92.38%and 97.37%respectively,and the filtration efficiency of PM2.5 and PM10 are higher than99.38%.The above results indicate that conjugated microporous polymers can be used as efficient and stable high temperature resistant air filtration materials. |
