Food is the most basic substance for human survival and development.Nowadays,with the rapid development of China’s economy,China’s food industry has shown a soaring trend,and it has achieved a leap.However,when it comes to food,safety and health are the most basic requirements.How to strengthen the promotion of health literacy,standardize the work of health science popularization,and provide the public with scientific and authoritative food and health science knowledge is particularly important in our daily lives.According to the need for reality,this article mainly researches and develops a food-ingredient-identification system that can be applied to all packaged foods on the market.According to the ingredient information on the food packaging material,the users are informed whether the ingredients of the food are healthy,whether there are additives,and which group of people are not suitable.The system is convenient and efficient,which can effectively help users understand the information about the ingredients in the food and identify it.In terms of technology,based on digital image processing technology,this paper combs the denoising and segmentation algorithms and text recognition technology involved in this paper,especially discusses the denoising and segmentation algorithm based on deep learning and text recognition technology based on deep learning.This paper mainly includes: obtaining the packaging identification image of the food to be inspected,segmenting the packaging identification image,and obtaining the target text block;text extraction according to the target text block and obtaining the text information from the target text block;matching the text information with the preset food professional dictionary to obtain the result;identifying the ingredients of the food to be detected according to the word segmentation results.Through this method,the food ingredient information on the image of the food packaging logo is obtained,and the text information is matched and recognized,which achieves the identification of the ingredient information in the food and solves the technical problem of how to identify whether the food contains additives or harmful ingredients.In summary,the food component identification system based on digital image processing technology researched and developed in this paper can effectively identify the component information identified in food packaging after detection and help users to understand the health and safety level of the component information in the food commodities,which has positive significance for improving the food health of users. |
