Abstract/Summary:
Pharmaceutical wastewater has high organic content,strong toxicity,poor biodegradability and high treatment difficulty.It is difficult to achieve the ideal effect by using a single processing technology.Based on paracetamol pharmaceutical wastewater of high COD,high chromaticity,acidic,toxic and other characteristics,this paper proposes a new technology of wastewater treatment,using cavitation flow impact micro electrolytic method reduce the biological toxicity of waste water,in order to improve the wastewater biological sex,treated by anaerobic ammonia oxidation process continue to follow-up,to wastewater discharge standard.The cavitation impingement flow reactor,the key equipment of the technology,was designed,and an experimental device was built.The experimental study on the degradation of acetaminophen wastewater was carried out,which verified the feasibility and high efficiency of the process.The main work of this project is as follows:(1)Analyze and study the mechanism of cavitation impingement flow microelectrolysis for the treatment of acetaminophen wastewater,and determine the theoretical feasibility of cavitation impingement flow microelectrolysis.(2)based on the fluid kinematics theory of jet jet to establish the mathematical model,get the impact area of fluid motion trajectory of micelle,velocity function and stress function,analysis on flow field due to speed changing size changes,which in turn cause pressure fluctuating,which near the impact surface to form a strong turbulent area,It is very beneficial to promote the uniform distribution of iron and carbon particles in the impact zone.(3)The impact zone of the cavitation impingement flow reactor is simulated,and the velocity and pressure distribution in the flow field are consistent with the theoretical analysis results,which verifies the correctness of the mathematical model.The simulation results show that the vertical downward air intake can make the upward gas distribution more uniform,and verify the rationality of the gas distributor design.(4)The experimental study on the treatment of paracetamol pharmaceutical wastewater by cavitation impingent flow microelectrolysis was carried out.The optimal reaction conditions for the treatment of paracetamol pharmaceutical wastewater by iron carbon microelectrolysis were obtained by adjusting the influent p H,iron carbon mass ratio and residence time.The experimental results show that under the optimal conditions,the COD removal rate of acetaminophen pharmaceutical wastewater is increased from 72% to 88%,the chroma removal rate is increased from 76% to 82%,and the treatment time of the wastewater is shortened from 2.5h to 1.5h,which greatly improves the reaction rate.
