| Metal complex bending components are widely used in contemporary times,ranging from aerospace,launch vehicle,satellite,missile and other military fields to automobile manufacturing,building bridges,water conservancy and hydropower pipelines,household decoration and so on.Compared with the traditional bending process,the pipe threedimensional free bending process can bend three-dimensional metal bending components with higher precision and more complex structure through multi axis servo linkage control.This process can greatly improve the manufacturing efficiency of complex metal hollow components and improve the overall manufacturing level of our country.In this paper,TP2 Copper tube with outer diameter of 12 mm and wall thickness of 1mm is selected as the main research object,and the three-dimensional free bending process of tube based on three-axis servo linkage control is studied by combining finite element simulation with practical test.The main research is as follows:(1)Firstly,the forming principle of triaxial free bending process is analyzed,and the mechanical model of triaxial free bending process is established.The mechanical properties of TP2 Copper tube are analyzed,the material mechanical parameters are determined,the appropriate constitutive equation is established,and the tube forming quality evaluation index and multi-objective optimization method are determined.(2)The key components of free bending equipment are reasonably designed,and the finite element analysis is carried out by using ABAQUS software.Through the analysis of tube stress and strain,bending radius,bending angle,propulsive force,wall thickness change,maximum ellipticity and other parameters,the properties of tubes in different roughcast and materials are studied The free bending forming law under the changes of geometric parameters and process parameters of different forming mechanisms.(3)In order to improve the pipe forming quality,select the relevant parameters that have a great impact on the pipe forming quality,design the orthogonal test,carry out range analysis and variance analysis on the test results,obtain the importance and optimal parameters of various factors on the pipe forming quality,and optimize the tube forming quality.The free bending test of pipe is carried out to verify the finite element analysis results.The analysiresults are of great significance to improve the structure of triaxial free bending equipment and improve the forming quality of tubes. |
