The construction of position system is not only the basis of human resource management,but also the soil and foundation of building a scientific human resource ecosystem.Focusing on the core of "people-oriented",the enterprise takes meeting people’s needs as the starting point,and realizes people’s orderly growth and development in the organization through scientific and effective position system design,so as to finally achieve a win-win situation for the organization and people.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the existing position system of W company.Based on the basic concepts and design principles of the position system,based on the interview and questionnaire survey of the position system of W company,and taking raising,analyzing and solving problems as the technical route,this paper optimizes the position sequence and rank system of W company respectively.Based on the division of position sequence,through position analysis,Optimized the position setting of W company;The rank,grade and title of W company are reclassified and defined,and a new position description was output.The new position system not only solves a series of problems existing in the original position system,but also clarifies the career development channels of all kinds of employees,so that each employee can see their own career development opportunities,greatly mobilize the employees’ work enthusiasm and creativity,and endow the organization with certain vitality,which is of great practical significance for W company.
