With the development of cities and towns,the sources of municipal sewage are increasing gradually,and its content is becoming more and more complex.The traditional urban sewage treatment plant is gradually unable to cope with the current complex influent impact,lack of manpower,backward automation facilities and slow response.The old and low efficiency of water monitoring system in sewage treatment plants seriously affect the operation efficiency and cost of large sewage treatment plants.At the same time,China’s "industry 4.0" support policies have been implemented in large numbers,intelligent industrial technology and cloud data technology have entered the stage of rapid development,and intelligent enterprises have delivered excellent results.The rapid and efficient development of intelligent factories has pointed out the direction for sewage plants to get out of the dilemma.In order to improve the efficiency of their own sewage treatment,China’s large urban sewage treatment plants are constantly improving the reserve of talent and technical force,while trying to improve the feedback and response time of plant equipment with the help of various new technologies.At present,the concept of "Industry 4.0" intelligent transformation is very helpful to improve the production efficiency of all kinds of enterprises,and many experts and scholars have begun to try to apply "Industry 4.0" to urban sewage treatment plants.However,due to its advanced nature and complexity,there are still few research reports in related fields.On the premise of extensive reading of "Industry 4.0" and information related to intelligent transformation,taking Y urban sewage treatment plant as an example,this paper makes a feasible intelligent transformation design for Y sewage treatment plant through detailed analysis of the problems arising from its operation and management as well as its internal and external environment.Meanwhile,it also analyzes and designs relevant auxiliary measures for intelligent transformation of sewage treatment plant.Ensure that Y sewage treatment plant can effectively cope with related operation and management problems under the design of intelligent transformation plan,achieve higher profitability,and improve the level of sustainable development.,at the same time,the case data are supplemented for the study of intelligent transformation of urban sewage treatment plant,and the ideas for intelligent transformation of urban sewage treatment plant are provided.
