As a new revolutionary material discovered in the 21 st century,graphene has many extremely excellent properties.Laser-induced graphene(LIG)prepared by one-step laser irradiation is a member of graphene and also has excellent properties similar with graphene.LIG can be prepared quickly in a very short time without using any solvent.In this paper,thermosetting Poly(benzoxazine)resin was introduced as the carbon source for the preparation of LIG.And laser-induced graphene prepared successfully in this paper can be used in adsorption of pollutants and joule heaters.LIG has high specific surface area and oxygen-containing groups on the surface,as a result,it owns a large number of adsorption sites which can be used as a highly efficient adsorbent for organic dyes and solvents.LIG was put into a certain concentration of methylene blue(MB)solution and organic solvent,and the concentration of MB solution and the mass of LIG powder were observed within a certain temperature and time,so as to calculate the adsorption performance of LIG.The principle of adsorption is that LIG can adsorb adsorbent through the synergistic action of four forces,including hydrophobicity,electrostatic interaction,Ď€-Ď€interaction and hydrogen bonding.In order to solve the plight of lower ratio for adsorbent repeated utilization,iron oxide nanoparticles were doped in LIG to prepare magnetic laser induced graphene.The nice recycling performance improves the potential commercial applications of lase-induced graphene.Under the synergistic action of these forces,the highest adsorption capacity of LIG for organic dyes and organic pollutants can reach 350.9mg/g and 22.8-99.7 g/g,respectively.So,LIG has excellent cleaning performance.LIG can used as an excellent joule heater for its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity.By adjusting the laser parameters,better quality LIG,LIG films with better conductivity and LIG joule heaters with better electrothermal performance were obtained.LIG sheet can be seen as joule heater to cure the composites with out-of-autoclave method.Compared with the traditional heat source vacuum drying oven,LIG joule heating with the advantages of simple and easy,low cost,fast response speed to voltage and low consumption can be used to be heat source to cure composites which owned similar mechanical performance.When the composites were full cured,LIG joule heating is more outstanding as the heat source.And the action is followed with the national development of the concept of energy conservation and emissions reduction more and more.LIG prepared from Poly(benzoxazine)resin as a new carbon source has excellent properties and can be applied in different fields,expanding the carbon source range of carbon precursors for LIG and promoting the development of LIG materials.
