| This paper mainly discusses the preparation of biological composites with photoresponsive inorganic two-dimensional nanosheets(Reduced graphene oxide,rGO)applied in the field of wound healing and photoresponsive inorganic nanoparticles(Zinc oxide,ZnO)applied in hearing protection. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Chapter 1: We have a concise introduction on the research background, including physical and chemical properties, synthesis methods and biomedical applications of rGO,ZnO and Ag(Sliver)nanoparticles. Finally, the selection basis of this paper is given.Chapter 2: We have constructed a temperature-sensitive controlled release system of GG-rGO-Ag containing rGO,Ag nanoparticles, glycerol monoleate(GMO)and glycerol monostearate(GMS).The results in vitro and in vivo showed that compared with the control group,GG-rGO-Ag could release Ag nanoparticles under808 nm near infrared(NIR)laser irradiation.More importantly,GG-rGO-Ag greatly shortened the time of wound healing and has a good potential for clinical application.Chapter 3: We have prepared an improved earphone containing yellow light LED(Light-emitting diode)chip and modified the earphone with shellac and ZnO-Ag.The subsequent experimental results showed that under the excitation of yellow light, the porous ZnO-Ag could release reactive oxygen species(ROS)with strong antibacterial activity to remove bacteria from the ear canal.More importantly,we discovered that yellow light could reduce the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3),the secretion of inflammatory factors and apoptosis in the cochlea, thereby effectively reduced hearing loss. |
