With the increasingly fierce market competition,vehicle manufacturers continue to introduce new models and new configurations to meet the needs of customers at different consumption levels.The main vehicle manufacturers have chosen flexible production lines capable of multi-model mixed-flow production to meet the market demand for multi-variety and small-batch production.Due to the multi-model and multi-configuration collinear production,the type and quantity of material requirements of the assembly line have greatly increased,and the line-side inventory space is limited,only the number of parts that the assembly line needs to consume in a short period of time can be stored,so it needs to be carried out in small batches and multiple frequencies.Material distribution can ensure that the assembly line does not have a backlog of inventory on the line side or production waiting materials,which affects the continuity of production.Therefore,it is urgent to design a logistics execution system suitable for real-time and accurate distribution in the production environment of small batch and multi-frequency distribution.After analyzing the storage planning,assembly line layout,and material characteristics of parts and components of a new energy vehicle production workshop,the author determines the scope of material pulling and the pulling methods used for various materials,including JIS pulling method,PPS pulling method,and SPS pulling method.mode,EPS pull mode,emergency pull mode,direct pull(DD),and detailed analysis of the specific operation process of the six pull modes,determined the function point requirements of the core pull module of the system,and then analyzed the overall system software,external Design interfaces,functional modules,deployment architecture,and database,and make detailed design of the system’s pull method grouping process.Finally,on the basis of the above work,based on RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,radio frequency identification)and barcode real-time perception technology,Oracle database is used for data storage,B/S architecture and distributed micro-service architecture are used to design and develop a set of multi-level Pull the logistics execution system.At present,the system has been applied in the final assembly and welding production workshop of a new energy vehicle company,realizing the Just In Time(JIT)production requirements for vehicle production.
