| As a water-containing industrial explosive,emulsion explosives are widely used in underwater blasting due to their excellent water resistance.performance degradation.In this paper,the national project fund(No.11862010)is used as the source.Based on the above reasons,this paper takes emulsion explosives as the research object,and uses the influence of deep water static pressure as the research background.Four experiments are carried out:the effect of sensitizers under different static pressures.The influence of influencing factors on the underwater explosion energy of emulsion explosives;the influence of the influence factors of emulsifiers on the underwater explosion energy of emulsion explosives under different static pressures;the change of density under different water pressures and the microscopic changes of static pressure under the influence of no recovery;Comparing numerical simulation with engineering test,the anti-static pressure performance of emulsion explosive was systematically studied.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Determine the explosive formula,and use the underwater explosion test system to study the emulsion explosive sensitizer.Through the research and analysis of the waveform and energy changes generated by the underwater explosion of emulsion explosives with different formulas,the macroscopic performance change law is obtained.The results show that:when a single sensitizer is used,the hollow glass microspheres have the best compression resistance due to their physical properties,and when the content is 3%,the energy release of the emulsion explosive is the best;when the composite sensitizer is used to sensitize When the energy is released,the order of energy release is as follows:hollow glass microspheres+sodium nitrite sensitization,hollow glass microspheres+perlite sensitization,perlite+sodium nitrite sensitized emulsion explosives,the advantages and disadvantages of their compression performance The order is hollow glass microspheres+perlite sensitization,hollow glass microspheres+sodium nitrite sensitization,and emulsion explosives of perlite+sodium nitrite sensitization.(2)Prepare the emulsion matrix by yourself,control the sensitizer unchanged,change the content and type of the emulsifier in the emulsion explosive,and obtain different types of emulsion explosives.Using the underwater explosion test system to study different types of emulsion explosives,the shock wave peak value,shock wave energy,bubble energy and total energy were measured,and the desensitization rates of various energies after static pressure desensitization were calculated.Finally,it is concluded that the compression performance and economic benefit are the best when the content of emulsifier is 3%.Through comparative research,it is found that the order of advantages and disadvantages of compression performance of different explosives when the content of emulsifier is the same is:span-80+T155 emulsifier>T155Emulsifier>Span-80 Emulsifier Emulsified Explosive.(3)Use the underwater explosion spherical tank to pressurize the sample to be tested,and place the sample to be tested and the pressure-resistant microscope in a static pressure environment to observe the dynamic change process of the different components of the density agent of the emulsion explosive under pressure in real time.,and combined with the macroscopic measurement results to analyze the reasons for the changes.The experimental results show that:with the increase of water pressure,the density of the emulsion explosive increases from the initial 1.228g/cm~3 to 1.326g/cm~3,which is beyond the normal range of the detonation of emulsion explosives;The size of the sensitized bubbles decreases or escapes under pressure,and the physical sensitized bubbles are ruptured under pressure,causing the latex matrix to occupy more space,so the density of the emulsion explosive increases after being compressed.(4)Make concrete test blocks for underwater blasting engineering test,and simulate concrete damage under the same working conditions through numerical simulation software,and compare and analyze the two.The results show that the actual blasting effect simulation can be obtained by changing the energy parameters of the explosive,and the effect of the water depth on the desensitization of the emulsion explosive in underwater blasting is proved. |
