As the key process to form the quality characteristics of famous green tea,shaping refers to enabling tea continuously obtain heat and dissipate moisture and gradually forming the unique shape of tea under the action of heat and force.Whether the shaping effect of tea work in process(TWIP)is always identified by subjective judgement,as a result,the development of intelligent tea shaping machinery is severely constrained.Based on machine vision and programmable logic control technology,the self-adaptive control system of the striping machine of famous green tea is constructed in this paper for the purpose of study the tea processing machine widely used in the course of of famous green tea processing.The main research contents are as follows:1)Based on machine vision technology,the description method of visible features on the surface of tea products in the tea processing is established.A program for extracting surface color and morphological feature parameters of TWIP was developed,and 9morphological feature parameters and 18 color feature parameters of TWIP were obtained.2)The visible characteristic parameters of tea are screened out in the course of tea processing and the quantitative evaluation system of striping degree is established in course of tea processing.It analyzes the variation law of color and shape characteristic parameters with time in course of tea processing and concludes that the rectangle of TWIP,the mean value of blue plane of RGB image and the standard deviation of lightness of HSV color space are significantly correlated with the change of processing degree.A quantitative description method of processing degree of TWIP is established on the basis of based the above three characteristic parameters.3)The self-adaptive control system of the tea processing machine is constructed,and the process parameters of the tea processing are adjusted and controlled in real time according to the processing degree.Besides,a dynamic sample sampler of air suction tea processing is designed,which is used to obtain tea samples in the course of tea processing in real time.After that,the online analysis platform of tea sample image characteristics is established.After the sampler sends the tea sample to the platform,it can automatically analyze the degree of tea sample sorting and transmit the data to the controller of sorting machine.It performs a real-time calculation of the control model of tea processing parameters,and adjusts the process parameters online,including processing time,frequency and temperature,thus realizing the self-adaptive control of famous green tea processing finally.4)The feasibility of the system is verified by experiments.Two groups of experiments are designed to verify the stability and accuracy of the system.Ten groups of tea samples were set up for experiments,among which 8 groups of samples were successfully organized,and different processing parameters were given for tea samples of different experimental groups.Thus,the self-adaptive control of tea processing is achieved in the end.This system is capable of providing reference for developing intelligent tea processing machine.
