The nano-silicon composite fireproof glass with inorganic hydrogel as the main body has the advantages of excellent radiation resistance,green environmental protection,high light transmittance and strong heat insulation.It has played an important role in the field of fireproof glass.However,it still has shortcomings such as poor mechanical properties,micro-bubbles,difficult processing,and inability to use under low temperature conditions,making it impossible for stable production and wide-scale application.The comprehensive properties of composite fireproof glass are regulated by three aspects:preparation of large particle size and high solid content silica sol,modification of silane coupling agent and polyol,and doping of fluorescent material.Through the composition design and process design of each sample,the optimal conditions,influence mechanism and performance data were obtained.(1)In order to explain and solve the defects of the composite fireproof glass in the market from the source,we prepared silica sol with uniform particle size distribution of 110 nm by setting different three growth conditions.And introduce PEG as a dispersant for concentration to obtain a silica sol with a solid content of more than 50%.At the same time,it is found that the input of strong foaming dispersants such as SDBS is the essential reason for the generation of microbubbles.Then,the composition and preparation process of the fireproof gel are designed,and the composite fireproof glass with high permeability and no micro-bubble can be stably prepared.(2)This section revolves around improving the processing stability of the fireproof gel precursor and the overall properties of the final fireproof gel.By introducing 0.4%GLYMO and 15%glycerol,multiple layers of steric hindrance are formed between the Si O2 particles,the minimum viscosity of the fireproof gel precursor is reduced to 30 m Pa·s,and the usable time at 30°C is increased to 8 h,which solves the difficult problem of fireproof glass processing.And the modified fireproof gel has obtained Shore hardness of more than 95 HD,low temperature resistance of-15℃,fire resistance limit of more than 120 min and other excellent properties.(3)This section revolves around giving nano-silicon composite fireproof glass new functional properties.By designing a fluorescent material that can fit the fireproof gel system and incorporating it into the fireproof gel,the fireproof gel can obtain blue light response under 365 nm ultraviolet light.It realizes the fluorescent anti-counterfeiting function of composite fireproof glass.At the same time,the ability to isolate ultraviolet rays and thermal stability of the composite fireproof glass are enhanced.
