| The traditional manufacturing method of myopia glasses only allows one set of molds to produce glasses of one degree.The manufacture of glasses with multiple degrees requires multiple sets of molds,and the cumbersome manufacturing process limits its molding efficiency.Therefore,in order to meet the requirement of producing glasses of different degrees with a set of molds,it is of great significance to propose a flexible manufacturing and molding method for glasses and develop a flexible manufacturing and molding system for glasses.The principle of myopia glasses is to change the refraction route of light by changing the curvature of the lens,thereby forming a clear image on the retina.In the injection molding process,the shape of the lens is formed according to the shape of the cavity,and the curvature of the lens can be changed by changing the shape of the cavity.Based on the multi-point flexible mold,this subject creatively proposes a flexible manufacturing method for glasses,studies the deformation law of the cavity and the influence of the cavity deformation on the shape of the product,and provides a practical reference for the design and development of the injection molding flexible manufacturing mold.Based on the above discussion,the main research results of this topic are as follows:(1)Based on the mechanism of multi-point flexible die stamping and forming sheet,innovatively proposes a flexible manufacturing and molding method for glasses,builds a flexible manufacturing and molding system for glasses,and analyzes and designs this set of systems,which provides information for the design of injection molding flexible manufacturing molds.for reference.(2)An evaluation system for the flexible manufacturing and molding system of glasses was established.Using static analysis and experimental verification,the influence of cavity deformation on the shape of the lens was demonstrated,and the feasibility of changing the shape of the lens by regulating hydraulic pressure was verified.(3)Using mold flow analysis and experimental verification,the influence of various process parameters on the quality of spectacle products was demonstrated,the optimization of warpage and optical path difference was realized,and the quality improvement of spectacle products by process parameter optimization was verified.(4)Using the self-designed flexible manufacturing and molding system for glasses,and by adjusting the hydraulic pressure,glasses of various degrees were successfully manufactured on a set of molds.This system can realize the manufacture of glasses of any degree within the range of 78.3° to 133.8°. |
