Modern enterprise salary management serves enterprise strategy,human resource strategy and established goals,and is an important part of enterprise management.Based on this background,through literature induction,case analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods,this thesis comprehensively diagnoses the current situation of compensation management in HJ Company from the macro perspective of employee satisfaction and compensation management effect ratio,and from the micro perspective of compensation management elements,so as to find problems,analyze reasons,and propose optimization measures.This thesis draws the following conclusions: first,the salary level of the enterprise should maintain a certain degree of external competitiveness;second,the composition and proportion of the enterprise’s salary should match the "responsibility salary" in order to realize the "accurate incentive";third,meeting the needs of employees,being operational and legal is the "lifeline" of salary management;fourth,the same salary management incentive measures act on different personnel,with different effects,and different personnel due to their own attributes,Different sensitivity to incentive measures of salary management.This thesis puts forward targeted suggestions on the optimization of salary management,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for the improvement and improvement of the research problems.
