Preparation And Performance Study Of Nanosilver/gelatin Antibacterial Fil

In this study,nano-silvers were designed and prepared with gelatin as an auxiliary agent,and it was applied to the preparation of gelatin-based antibacterial film,which laid a foundation for its practical application.The main research works of this study are as follows:（1）Used gelatin as a dispersant,sodium borohydride（Na BH₄）as a reducing agent,and sodium hydroxide（Na OH）for p H adjustment,silver nitrate（Ag NO₃）was reduced to prepare nano-silvers.The influences of the sodium borohydride（Na BH₄）reducing agent,and the reaction time on the yield was explored,and their influence laws were revealed,and the suitable conditions for the preparation of nano-silver were found.（2）Using gelatin as dispersant and reducing agent,adding glycerol and ferric chloride（Fe Cl₃）as auxiliary agents in the reaction system,the reduction reaction of silver nitrate（Ag NO₃）was explored,and nano-silvers were successfully prepared.The effects of reaction time,gelatin concentration,glycerol addition,and Fe Cl₃concentration on the yield of Ag NPs were explored,and their influence laws were revealed,and the suitable conditions for the preparation of nano-silver were obtained.A new method was developed for the preparation of nano-silvers.（3）Nano-silvers/gelatin antibacterial films were designed and prepared by using gelatin as a multifunctional additive,in which gelatin played the role of dispersant,reduction and film formation.The effects of reaction conditions on the film properties were studied,and the mechanical properties,light transmittance and antibacterial properties of the films were analyzed.The study found that the prepared film not only has good antibacterial properties,but also has a certain degree of UV protection,which will lay a foundation for broadening the application range of gelatin films.
