| In recent years,computer numerical control(CNC)machine tools play a momentous role in the machinery industry.Angle head is an important accessory of CNC machine tools.Parts with special needs can be processed with the angle head,which cannot be achieved by the traditional processing methods.Due to the complex working environment and wrong operation,angle head will have lots of vibration problems.It may even cause huge economic losses.The study on vibration fault feature recognition and health management of angle head is of great significance to improve the durability of angle head,the management and maintenance efficiency of operators.Therefore,aiming at many problems angle head of CNC machine tools may encounter in the production process,this paper proposes a method of angle head vibration fault feature extraction and recognition based on VMD-SVM algorithm optimized by GA,and develops an angle head health management system based on JAVA.The major work of the paper is as follows.(1)The basic principle and application of the angle head are introduced,the common fault types of the angle head are summarized,and the fault characteristics of the common fault types of angle head are condensed.(2)A fault feature recognition method of angle head based on VMD-SVM algorithm optimized by GA is proposed.The key parameters in VMD algorithm are optimized by GA.The morphological filtering method is used for noise reduction.Then the SVM algorithm is used to screen the fault data,and the decomposed IMF component is screened by kurtosis correlation coefficient method that used to reconstruct.At last,the fault features are extracted from the time domain diagram,frequency domain diagram and envelope spectrum of the reconstructed signal for fault identification.The effectiveness and accuracy of the method are proved by simulation and test results.(3)The angle head health management system of CNC machine tool is developed.There are many problems encountered during the daily operation and management of angle head,such as low data utilization,difficult to quickly judge the angle head fault and low daily maintenance efficiency.Due to these problems,the angle head health management system is designed based on JAVA and MySQL database.The system uses numerous front-end and back-end technologies,like Ant Design Pro and Spring Boot.Four main modules are designed: angle head information management,working condition data storage,fault case base and fault diagnosis.After the development and improvement of the system,experimental tests and debugging have been carried out.The final results show that the system has the ability of rapid fault identification and maintenance management. |
