Micro-nanofiber filter film prepared by melt differential electrospinning technology has the advantages of high efficiency,low resistance,green and pollution-free,and has widely used in the field of air filtration.In order to solve the low efficiency of traditional mine dust filter film filtration,respiratory resistance,effective use of time was short,this paper based on the analysis of two coal dust properties,gave full play to the melt differential fiber filter film filtration,electrostatic spinning preparation to meet the requirements of coal mine dust filtering efficiency low resistance polylactic acid(PLA)electrospinning filter film,and carried on the experiment under the mine application.On this basis,sodium polyacrylate(PAAS)was added for hygroscopic modification to improve the application performance of the filter film in the high humidity environment.In this regard,this paper has the following three aspects of research,the specific research content includes:(1)Based on coal workers under high concentration of dust in the individual protection problems,both physical and chemical properties of coal dust was studied,and according to the physical and chemical properties of dust,was sure to meet the requirements of coal mine dust filter differential fiber filter film electrostatic spinning melt spinning,and electret parameters,and mine dust mask and mine dust curtain with grading filtering mechanism were designed.(2)The influence of corona electret and gram weight on the steady-state filtration performance of melt differential electrostatic spinning PLA micro/nano fiber filter film was analyzed.The results showed that corona electrode could effectively improve the filtration efficiency of melt differential electrostatic spinning PLA micro-nano fiber filter film.When the weight is 40-80g/m~2,the filtration efficiency was above 96%and the resistance increased gently,which was lower than the commercial mine dust filter film,and the quality factors were higher than the commercial mine dust filter film.The application experiment of PLA electrospinning filter film after electret was carried out under the mine,and the experimental results verified the filtering effect of electrostatic adsorption effect on dust with small particle size.Compared with commercial mine dust filter film,PLA electrospinning filter film with corona electret could filter dust with smaller particle size.At the same time,the dust retention performance was greatly improved.(3)PLA/PAAS composite filter film was prepared,and the addition of PAAS could effectively improve the application performance of the filter film in high humidity environment.When the mass fraction of PAAS is 2%,the average diameter of PLA/PAAS composite filter film fiber was 1.5μm,the filtration efficiency is 98.78%,and the moisture permeability was 3385.64g/(m~2?24h),which has excellent filtration performance and moisture absorption performance.At the same time,adding PAAS could improve the degradation rate of dust filter film.In conclusion,in this paper,PLA electrospinning filter film and PLA/PAAS composite filter film were prepared by using melt differential electrospinning technology which was environmentally friendly and pollution-free.The research results of this paper not only expanded the new application of melt differential electrospinning filter film in the field of personal protection for coal miners,but also put forward the possibility of reducing pneumoconiosis through personal protection.
