With increasing serious global warming,reduction in CO2emissions from coal-fired power plants play a significant role in alleviating the greenhouse effect.Amine-functionalized polyacrylate composites for CO2separation have the characteristics of high CO2adsorption efficiency,low energy consumption and good stability.The energy required for the regeneration process can be fully provided by the waste heat of flue gases in power plants.Therefore,the capture technology has high economic benefits and broad application prospects.The article focuses on the large-scale preparation of amine-functionalized polyacrylate composites.The main research contents include:(1)The production of polyacrylate matrix is a step-by-step scale-up.The structure of the matrix material was reconstructed through the large-scale preparation of 3 L emulsification-10 L polymerization tank.The polymerization degree of the matrix material was studied through the large-scale preparation of 30 L emulsification-100 L polymerization tank.The stirring paddle of the stirred tank was studied through the large-scale preparation of 100 L emulsification-250 L polymerization tank,and the emulsion polymerization formula was re-optimized.Finally,the optimal formulation and conditions of emulsion polymerization were determined,and the large-scale preparation of polyacrylate matrix was realized in a 200 L emulsification-600 L polymerization tank and the continuous production yield was above 50%.The continuous production was completed,and 1 ton of polyacrylate porous spherical material was prepared.(2)The production process of step-by-step large-scale modified amine was explored,and the production of 4-ton modified amine was completed.After the modified amine was impregnated and the shallow modified amine was deeply modified,a three-layer amine structure was constructed inside the material.5 tons of amine-functionalized polyacrylate composites were produced.In the simulated actual industrial environment,the performance test of the amine-functionalized material prepared on a large scale shows that the material has high adsorption performance and stability,and the average adsorption capacity of CO2is 1.02 mmol/g.After 700 cycles,the adsorption capacity decreased by less than 1%,indicating high resistance to water vapor,ureation,oxidation,and wear resistance.
