With the booming development of the steel industry,more and more solid waste—— steel slag is discharged in the smelting process,but the effective utilization rate of steel slag is very low.Due to the expansion of steel slag itself,mixing the mixture easily leads to components and test block cracking,so it is less used in the real field.The wide application of steel slag in engineering will not only reduce the emission of industrial waste slag in steel enterprises,but also reduce the occupation of land resources and the pollution of soil,air and water.In this thesis,steel slag is used as an aggregate to be stable material,and 100% ore powder replaces cement to prepare ore powder stable steel slag.This thesis explores the mechanical properties,durability and working performance of the ore powder stabilized steel slag as a new material.The application of ore powder stabilizing steel slag,replacing traditional road materials,can solve the problem that industrial waste residue can not be treated in time,but also can save engineering costs to a certain extent,and bring practical benefits to enterprises.Through the indoor laboratory tests,the study and the results are as follows:(1)According to the existing specifications,the physical and chemical tests are conducted on raw steel slag,powder and cement and gravel of comparative test materials.Through XRD and SEM micro tests,the micro main composition distribution and structure of steel slag are analyzed,and it is judged that steel slag can replace gravel.(2)Through screening test,the mix ratio and reasonable grading curve of ore powder stabilized steel slag are studied and analyzed,and the optimal moisture content and maximum dry density of cement stabilized steel slag and cement stabilized gravel are obtained through heavy compaction test.(3)Study the mechanical properties of stable steel slag,and study the compressive strength of the amount of ore powder through the unlimited compressive strength test.The test blocks of cement stabilized gravel and cement stabilized steel slag were prepared,and the unlimited compressive strength and splitting tensile strength were compared with the powder stabilized steel slag.XRD and SEM analyze the formation mechanism of slag.The results show that the age,compaction degree and mixing of mineral powder affect the compressive strength of the mixture,including 6% of the tensile strength of the ore powder of the base material,ore powder plays an important role in stabilizing the mechanical properties of steel slag.(4)Conduct freeze-thaw cycle test and temperature shrinkage test for powder stabilized steel slag test block,and compare and analyze with cement stabilized gravel and cement stabilized steel slag;study the seepage resistance of powder stabilized steel slag through water seepage test.The results show that the higher the mixing amount of the mineral powder,the compression strength of the mixture and the decrease of the stabilization coefficient of the powder is more than the cement.
