| Nanoparticle aerosol jet printing is a direct jet printing technology of aerosol formed from nanopowder,which avoids many problems caused by the use of organic solvents,and has a good application prospect in the field of electronic device manufacturing.In this paper,a double-layer sheath gas structure print head with nanoparticles as the print material,and make a powder aerosol generator that can uniformly mix nanoparticles and gas,based on which we constructed a complete nanoparticle aerosol jet printing system for experimental research.The main contents are as follows:(1)Carry out the simulation analysis of the powder flow field inside the double-layer sheath gas structure print head.The discrete phase model in the fluid simulation software ANSYS Fluent was used to numerically calculate the powder flow field in the double-layer sheath gas structure print head,and the influence of different sheath gas layer inclination angles on the powder concentration distribution and convergence characteristics was analyzed,and the main process parameters of the double-layer sheath gas print head was simulated and analyzed.(2)The nanoparticle aerosol jet printing system was designed and constructed.Firstly,according to the simulation results of the inclination angle of the sheath gas layer of the print head,a double-layer sheath gas structure print head was fabricated;secondly,a powder aerosol generator was fabricated,whose function is to generate nanoparticle aerosol;finally,on this basis,the corresponding gas circuit was built,combined with the motion control platform and the temperature control device,to construct a complete nanoparticle aerosol jet printing system.(3)The orthogonal experiment method was used to explore the influence of main process parameters on the quality of nanoparticle aerosol jet printing line.In the experiment,PET film and PI film were selected as the substrate materials to analyze the effects of carrier gas flow,first layer sheath gas flow,second layer sheath gas flow,printing layer number and substrate moving speed on the morphology of printing lines.(4)Completed the performance analysis of the lines formed in the orthogonal experiment of nanoparticle aerosol jet printing.On the PET film,the minimum resistivity of the printed line is 12.55μΩ·cm,and the minimum oxidation degree of the printed lines is 5.68(4).On the PI film,the minimum resistivity of the printed line is 9.11μΩ·cm,and the minimum degree of oxidation is 7.34(4).The analysis shows that the high degree of oxidation of the resistivity of the lines is not large,while the resistivity of the lines is large its degree of oxidation is not high,which indicates that the degree of oxidation of the resistivity of the lines is very small,and the main factor affecting the size of the resistivity of the printed lines is the quality of the lines. |
