| The tire is the only grounded part in the driving process of the car,and the grounding characteristic of the radial tire is an important basis for the research of automobile dynamics.The ground contact characteristics of radial tires are affected by many factors.With the continuous development of technology,the use of finite element simulation technology combined with experimental methods has become an important means to study the ground contact characteristics of radial tires.This paper studies the radial ground contact characteristics of radial tires from three aspects: radial steady ground contact and clad ground contact,radial ground contact mode,and high-speed radial ground contact standing wave.First of all,this paper analyzes the four constitutive models Neo-Hookean,Mooney-Rivlin,Ogden,and Yeoh models of 195/65R15 tire rubber materials,performs data fitting through material tests,and determines the rubber material parameters and skeleton materials of radial tires.According to the determined material parameters,the modeling analysis is carried out in the finite element software,and then the validity of the model is verified by experimental comparison.Secondly,in the static grounding of radial tires,the characteristics of radial steady grounding and radial cladding grounding of radial tires are respectively investigated by using a tire comprehensive testing machine.The effects of radial load and tire pressure on the radial steady-state ground contact stiffness and the area of the ground contact are analyzed.According to the difference of the tire tread pattern,a retrieval table of tire tread pattern features is established and checked.The stress of the Rebar structure was analyzed in the tire radial cladding and grounding,and the influence of different cord diameters and different belt arrangement angles on the stress of the Rebar structure was explored.The variation of radial steady grounding and cladding grounding strain energy is quantitatively analyzed.Then,in the grounding modal analysis of radial tires,the mode shapes of the tires in the free state and the grounding state are compared by building a test platform.The influence of tire pressure,load and different specifications and patterns on the natural frequency of tire radial ground contact is analyzed.In the finite element simulation calculation of the ground contact mode,the influence of the arrangement angle of the tire belt layer,the density of the belt layer,the carcass density and the density of the steel rim on the natural frequency of the tire radial ground contact is studied,and the tire diameter is investigated when the tire ground accelerates and rotates.change to the natural frequency.Finally,in the radial high-speed ground standing wave test of radial tires,the high-speed uniformity testing machine was used to analyze the changes of tire tread fluctuation value and radial force fluctuation(RFV)value before and after the high-speed ground standing wave of the tire.The influence relationship of belt arrangement angle,speed and radial force fluctuation is analyzed in finite element,and the loss of tire strain energy under high-speed standing wave is also studied. |
