Flat feet are a relatively common foot disease, and the demand for foot orthoses is very prominent. In this paper, based on reverse engineering, the orthopedic insole and the honeycomb sole spacer are individually designed, and a foot model is established based on CT images. The finite element method is used to prove the rationality and feasibility of the orthopedic model design in this paper.Powerful advantages make it into shape.Firstly, the point cloud data of the feet of patients with flat feet is obtained with the help of a 3D scanner, and the reverse modeling of the foot model is completed through the Geomagic Studio software. In order to reduce the peak impact of the foot, the static pressure image of the foot was obtained based on the Feet Mapping pressure measuring plate, and the contourdata of the peakpressure area was extractedby Matlab.Analysis, find the optimal unit cell size, and realize the personalized modeling of the sole honeycombspacer.Based on CT scan images,Mimics was used to build a three-dimensional model of the bones and skin of the foot, and the finite element method was used to analyze and compare three types of insole pairs: full-fit,honeycomb-fitted and flat-type insoles under the action of self-gravity.The stress of the bones and skin of the foot further verifies and affirms the rationality of the orthopedic model designed above. The orthopedic insole and honeycomb spacer are prepared by FDM 3D printing process, and post-processed to form a complete personalized orthosis. This paper affirms the practicability of the prepared orthosis through analysis and verification, and also proves the feasibility of the method of designing and preparing flat foot orthopedic insole in this paper, which cannot only reduce the pressure and pain of the foot, but also support the arch of the foot.It has the functions of protecting bones, shock absorption and buffering, and also has great advantages in price and manufacturing cycle, which provides an idea and method for the design and manufacture of orthopedic insoles for patients with flat feet.
