To meet the annual supply of vegetables in north China, the cultivation area of protected vegetables is increasing.Based on the high cost of vegetable facilities and vegetable farmers’ pursuit of their economic interests, the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides is increasing, and continuous cropping throughout the year, resulting in increased pesticide residues in vegetable soil, excessive vegetable pesticide residues, soil pollution, endangering the ecological environment safety.Microorganisms have sprung up in pesticide degradation and can achieve ecological restoration;in this paper, the screening and application of microbial strains with high efficiency degradation were studied by high-throughput screening and field test re-screening for fungicides, insecticides and insecticides with large dosage at present. The specific research results are as follows :Three efficient degrading strains of acetamiprid were screened, which were 23-1(Bacillus paramycoides),68-2(Bacillus endophyticus),15-2(Bacillus pseudomycoides). The degradation efficiency within 7 days was 86.78 %,52.83 %,and 77.84 %,respectively. The degradation efficiency of the three strains was more than 50 %,and 23-1(Bacillus paramycoides)had the highest degradation efficiency. Two high-efficiency degrading strains of imidacloprid were screened out, which were 2-67(Lysinibacillus massiliensis)and 64-2-1(Bacillus cereus). The degradation efficiencies within 7 days were 5.64 % and 26.03 %,respectively.Strain 64-2-1 had the highest degradation efficiency.Four efficient degradation strains of cyhalothrin were screened, which were 5-3(Bacillus firmus),21-1(Bacillus sp.),56-2(Bacillus proteolyticus),2-68(Bacillus australimaris). The degradation efficiencies within 7 days were 25.58 %,38.00 %,80.56 % and 86.45 %,respectively.Among them, strains 56-2(Bacillus proteolyticus)and 2-68(Bacillus australimaris)showed excellent performance in degrading cyhalothrin. Two strains with high-efficiency degradation of fungicide triadimefon were screened out, namely 68-2(Bacillus endophyticus)and 26-2(Bacillus paramycoides),and the degradation within 7 days were 39.50 % and 56.97 %,respectively. The degradation efficiency of 26-2(Bacillus paramycoides)was higher. Two high-efficiency degrading strains of fungicide chlorothalonil were screened out,namely,57-1-1(Bacillus megaterium)and 64-1(Uncultured prokaryote). The degradation efficiencies within 7 days were 17.05 % and 31.26 %,respectively. The degradation efficiency of 64-1(Uncultured prokaryote)was higher. One strain with high degradation efficiency of thiazolidine was screened out, which was1-53(Bacillus paramycoides),and the degradation efficiency reached 30.62 % within 7days.
