In recent years,the international oil prices have fluctuated and the production costs of oil companies have increased year by year.my country’s oil companies are also facing severe challenges.The cost issue has always been a stumbling block for the further development of some oil companies.The oil extraction plant A studied in this paper has a mining background of more than 60 years.In contrast to the oil industry,the plant has entered the late stage of oil extraction and development,accompanied by a sharp drop in oil production and an increase in oil water content,which causes The cost of oil extraction at Plant A is much higher.Combined with the uncertain changes in the global oil market,the profit of Factory A was meager,and even continued to lose money for a period of time.In order to better cope with the current severe situation,by improving the level of cost management,alleviating the rising cost,and continuously improving the core competitiveness is the only way and the only way for oil production plant A to face future developmentThis paper takes A oil production plant as the research object,and carries out the investigation and research of this paper through literature method,questionnaire method and expert interview method.The author entered the oil production plant A to observe and study,and conducted in-depth research on the cost of the oil production plant,found relevant problems and carried out in-depth and detailed analysis,and put forward targeted suggestions.This paper analyzes and introduces the basic situation of the actual operation of the oil production plant A and the current status of cost management,collects and aggregates the cost data of the oil production plant A from 2017 to 2021,and further analyzes the cost of the oil production plant A.Change trend;based on the actual situation of the oil production plant,the optimization strategy for strengthening cost management of the plant is put forward in a targeted manner: strengthening cost budget management,precise cost control,refined cost dynamic analysis,and improving the participation of grassroots employees.Optimize the cost management of oil extraction plant A and improve the level of cost management,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
